  Saw an ad saying I'd get a "free estimate in seconds" for a new roof. "no calls, no appointments, no pressure" (video of the ad uploaded). Was not given a "free estimate in seconds". instead I got multiple calls, and someone even showed up at my home when I was at work insisting to my wife that I scheduled an appointment for a sales presentation.

  We are Way better Roofers then Drivers . And we are trying to improve our driving as well .   Leak Busters Roof Repair exceeded our expectations! They thoroughly explained the repairs our roof needed, walked us through every step of the process, and even let us choose the replacement tile. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish. Alex and David drove all the way to Orlando to meet with us in person to discuss the project, which really showed their commitment to customer service. They also helped us navigate the insurance process, making everything much less stressful. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and highly recommend them!

  We are so happy with Richie and Leak Busters. They came in $1,000 less than another company AND they found more wrong! They provided us with before and after pictures that we could see and can send to the builder. They are very professional and efficient and the best value. You can’t beat that.

  I had a leak in my roof, contacted Alex Manzano and the leak was fixed within 3 days. The job was done professionally and the price was reasonable, more importantly I don't have a leaky roof now. I contacted Leak Busters because when the neighborhood I live in was heavily damaged by a tornado, we were victimized by a roofing company that scammed a lot of us. The owner of Leak Busters, Richard Colletti, came forward and helped a lot of homeowners in this community, he stepped up when no one else would and that showed character and earned my trust.

  Recently I had a roof replaced on a duplex I owned to complete the selling process. I was lucky enough to get Stewart Okeive as my Account Rep. He quickly and successfully managed non-company issues that slowed the roof replacement process. Based upon my experience with Stewart, Leak Busters should have a former customers referral program for an additional company revenue generator. Stewart should share this review with his manager during his next employee appraisal process to get a merit(Salary) increase. This would be easier for his manager to respond to than a complaint.

  These guys are pretty awesome! They worked with me for months to make sure my insurance finally came through, and they never gave up on the process.
