  Not a very good roofing company. They're better at wiring things and tampering with security cameras. If you wanna be posted on the Internet and your conversations eavesdropped on pick these people.

  Based on my experience with their removal of my old shingle roof and completed installation of a 1 inch standing seam metal roof, you should be prepared to wait over three months for the job to be finished once you sign their contract and pay the first third. Took way longer than I expected. Then there was the issue of an existing nearly new solar pool heater on the roof. Could that be removed and then replaced back on the metal roof? No problem, according to salesman Chuck. He knew the solar company, said they do it all the time. Long story short, when it came time to put it back up, solar company said no way, will not work, I should not have been told that it would, now need to purchase a new solar heater at $3500. Then there are the new gutters. Apparently that job was subbed out. Not good. Missing one downspout and corner seam near the front door has big leak. Gutter guy came back over six weeks ago, said no problem, will correct shortly. Haven't seen or heard from him since. Repeated calls to Rhino, just get empty promises to handle it. My advice, if you choose Rhino, be clear that any oral agreements are worthless. Says so in the contract. Get everything in writing and signed. Be prepared to wait several months for the roof to be finished. When they ask for the final payment, hold back a couple thousand to be paid when you are satisfied that the job is complete. And if you want new gutters, which you probably need, hire your own gutter company. At least the roof doesn't leak. Yet. MY UPDATE THREE YEARS LATER. The owner, Luis, just contacted me to see how the roof is doing by now. I can happily report that yes, it doesn't leak. It looks dam good after 3 years also. Thank you, Luis, for the follow up. As for his inquiry about changing my "opinion" about how the job was handled back then, I simply had stated the facts about it. Each person can form their own opinion about the facts.   Mr strawn we appreciate your feedback although it seems you had issues with everything else besides the roof. Firstly, we are not plumbing contractors although we work with a lot of local contractors in our area we recommended a company for you and it seems like it did not work out in your favor. Secondly, yes we do subcontract gutters and the downspout was something that you wanted to add additionally to the original installation plan. Although the color you chose was a beautiful one, it is not readily available and therefore would have to be ordered and there are extended waiting times due to scarcities. Lastly, in regards to the amount of time for us to go out again is relative to scarcities, the color was chosen was a special order. It was noted on the bottom of each contract on “approximate start date” portion. I’m not sure what your last comment “my roof doesn’t leak yet” means. But our roofs hold the highest warranties and are made with high quality labor and intention. Roofs made by Rhino don’t leak! 🦏 with over 4000+ roofs completed in Port St. Lucie and surrounding areas and 1,000,000+ lbs of metal installed we are a household name for Metal roofs. We appreciate your business and we understand we cannot completely satisfy everyone but we hope you will reconsider using our services in the future. Thank you

  We appreciate your feedback. Although we just looked in our database and we have not performed any work under this name. In regards to covering up surface wood rot, that statement is very unlikely due to the fact that there is a wood/sheathing inspection from the city in which they inspect all of the wood decking.   worst roofing company! they ruined my parents' roof, it's dripping in the rooms and full of marks on the ceiling

  Hey Renata you definitely have the wrong rhino roofs. We are rhino roofs & general construction corp. based of out ft pierce fl. There is another “rhino roofing” based out of palm beach that is using a similar name. we have not don’t any work for your parents.   I called them. They came out. I met with Phil, I thought he was very nice. I asked for an estimate and they told me they would provide one. I received an exclusive agreement without an estimate, when I again asked for one, things went downhill. I left several messages, with promises of a call back from Carmen. 5 days later, no call back and no estimate. I called and spoke with Jay, I was told no one was available. I again explained and asked for a manager, she told me no manager was available and she was not at liberty to give me a name of the manager or the owner of the company. She also could not provide an email. I believe I dodged a bullet. Please beware. You don't run a great business and respond so unprofessional. Something is wrong with this. Update. Thank you for your response. This is all I wanted, a simple explanation of what to expect and yes we were considering paying out of pocket. At this point, I have hired someone and we will move forward with them. Have a nice day sir.

  Kiimberly, we are sorry that you had this experience. In regards to this situation: An exclusive agreement/contract is standard in our field for us to work for any homeowner. Especially when it comes to an insurance claim because we get paid based on what your insurance company pays you so there is no exact amount for the estimate. This is part of the strict insurance requirements to prevent claims being paid out, and the homeowner contracting for a lesser amount of money than the allocated amount granted from the insurance claim. Which in the state of Florida is considered insurance fraud that is why we work for what the insurance company pays for the roof in which we do not know until we go through the process. Now if you were wanting to pay the roof out of pocket/retail/homeowner financing or anything that is not insurance related then yes we can give you a retail estimate no problem. they are just to complete different processes and the situation’s are handled differently, depending on which route you are wanting to do. I am hoping this clears up any possible miscommunication. we would definitely like to help service your needs. We also just tried calling you if you would like to give us a call back at 772-446-1139 and ask for Luis we would love to help you with this project.

  The Rhino Team is the best in the business! I have much gratitude for David in Sales, Anthony in Project Management, Oscar and his tear off crew and Carlos and his install crew.   I’m not usually one to write reviews but I felt compelled in this instance to pass on my positive experience. Spending thousands on a new roof is a big decision to make and I approached several companies. Luis, the owner, stood out for his honesty, willingness to work with me being based abroad and his genuine nature. His knowledge is unrivalled. I spoke to several of his past clients and all were glowing about their experiences. Tina in the office was helpful and timely. Anthony, the project manager, is a credit to the business doing site visits each day to ensure I was happy. The roof was completed to a high standard and one of the most important things that matters to me is if I have an issue going forward I know Rhino won’t quibble. I have no doubt Luis and his team will pick up many more houses on my street and I wish them all the best. A good honest family business. Do yourselves a favor and go straight to Rhino roofs.
