  Wanted to charge more to "drive all the way out there" for an area they say on their website is in their service extra. Also, gave a "make it worth my time" quote—a practice I really hate as a customer. Would rather a provider tell me that they're booked up and busy than give me a ridiculous quote.

  For our misaligned double metal door, only got a verbal quote from Tony B. at YES Comtracting, was told that an email quote would follow but never did. I asked twice for email quote, no email quote. I ended up hiring Mr. Handyman (David C.) who did a great job and for a lower price & quicker service than YES Contracting. We’ll use Mr. Handyman from now on. A few days later, noticed 2 "YES Contracting" signs nailed to a utilized pole. This is Dangerous to utility workers and is ILLEGAL!!! (see TN code 2-19-144 and Brightridge flyers). I'm notifying Brightridge Electric. What's with this company?

  I would definitely say "NO" to Yes contracting services!! The quote I was given for a deck was 3 TIMES AS HIGH AS EVERYONE ELSE!!!!

  Hey Mr. Leyman, We are always very competitive with our decks and roof-over-deck quotes and we install many per year. Maybe we are not quoting apples to apples. I would encourage you to reach out to all your salesmen and discuss the type of material, if it’s built to code, if they have a GC license, workers comp, liability, etc. we wish you well with your project!

  We called for someone to come out and write an estimate for putting a roof on our home along with some additional work, this is one of a few companies we contacted. The employee that came was very unprofessional and incompetent. Not only did they continuously spout off political nonsense, but they also didn't have a clue on whether or not their company could do additional work related to the roof. Other contractors have been able to give us estimates and clear guidelines on what they could accomplish.

  The work took months and months to finish and was never completed. They tried to charge for the entire work without finishing the back. They finally informed me they could not reach the high back part once I refused to pay the full amount. Very poor communication.

  Waiting on a itel report to match my shingles on an insurance claim for over 4 months. I have have received extremely poor communication throughout the whole process. I escalated at the beginning of August after waiting for 3 months from when the first shingle was sent off and the response was my work phone doesn’t work and they lost the original sample but they will send in a new one. I have had to call, email, text for updates and have been given multiple excuses on why it’s taken so long. The manager I spoke with said it normally takes a week for this report. Most recently was told they would have the report back at the end of last week and have asked twice for an update since then with no response. Very frustrated with this company.

  Roofers showed up early and stayed late. Did a great job and I was updated as job progressed. Jeremy was professional and easy to get along with. Yes replaced my mother's roof a few years ago and I was very pleased then. If it's a roof, Yes is who to go with. From the roofers, the mangers and the office staff great people to deal with.

  Yes Roofing were quick to come address our issues with the leak and roofing repairs and they did a great job!!! Did our gutter guards too and they look great! I highly recommend this company! They keep us informed as to the times they would be to the home and their findings and recommendations for the repairs. They were timely and did a fantastic job.

  YES Roofing did a great job installing inflow vents in our roof, in order to allow the air to flow more efficiently throughout our attic. Prior to this work, we had no air flow in the attic, which made the attic temperature over 120 degrees F. in the summer. The team that came out to our house were friendly and professional. The did a nice job and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Justin met with us beforehand and explained what needed to be done and how the process will work.

  From the estimate to the installations, we couldn't ask for better. We plan to use them again for siding, gutters and a new covered deck. They replaced a rotted back landing and steps and rotted steps on our front porch.
