  Speedy pro bent a part of my brand new leaf guard gutters causing 1,000.00 dollars damage and refuse to pay for replacing the part highly suggest using different roof options

  When Mr. Wilson called and asked us to replace his roof, he informed us he just had new Leaf Filter brand gutters and leaf guards installed. We informed him the we can not touch them, or his warranty from Leaf Filter would be voided, as this is the Leaf Filter policy. We informed him that he would have to pay to have Leaf Filter come out and remove, then re-install them. He insisted we speak with his Leaf Filter rep, who informed us we can replace the roof without removing his leaf guards. We did this with as much care as possible, being conscientious of his new gutter system. A few days after we were finished and he was happy with the job, he called and said while on a ladder, he noticed some scratches and a dent. He sent photos which did show very small (less than 1/2 inch) black scuff on one small spot on the gutter, and one dent that was on the underside of the leaf guard portion. We take care of our customers, so we sent our Roofing Advisor who saw that the scuffs were very minor and on the surface. He was able to clean them to the customer's satisfaction. We also sent our Production manager who checked every inch of the gutter system and did what he could to remove the dent. THE DENT WAS ON THE UNDERSIDE OF LEAF GUARD, SO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE THAT WE CAUSED IT. IT HAD TO HAVE BEEN DAMAGED DURING INSTALL, DUE TO THE LOCATION. Mr. Wilson was happy with things when our Production Manger left. Mr. Wilson also accepted a gift card refund from us to make up for his trouble. Weeks later, Mr. Wilson comes back and says Leaf Filter wants $1000 to replace a very small section of gutters with leaf guards. Speedy Pro Roofing takes care of our customers, and our reviews show this. As the owner of the company, I make a promise to all of our customers that we will and always have taken full responsibility for our work and treat the customer's property as if it were our own. We simply did not, COULD NOT, have caused this (not visible without being on a ladde

  They did job next door and drove thru my yard and ruin some new sod I laid . I asked them not to drive in my yard and they kept doing it .

  Honestly, it is people like you that ruin this system for everyone. Google reviews are solely based on the honor system. Apparently, you have no honor. I find it exceptionally difficult to believe that you had two different roofers out to "your neighbor's house" and both roofers happen to drive on your yard and ruin your "new sod". Oddly...these two bad reviews for 2 separate companies were placed on the same day. If you know "who did it", why would you not contact either company and ask/demand that they make repairs?? Unlike the other company owner, I will not admit any wrong doing or offer any service to you, as I know for a fact that we did not damage anyone's property. If we had, I would be the first to know and would have taken care of that person immediately. We have an honest 5 star rating because we take care of our customers, AND their neighbors. I have no doubt you are posting these as a competing roofing company. I'm sure you are as dishonest with your customers as you are with your reviews. You are the reason why people in the Tri-Cities area have trust issues when it comes to contractors. Because we are professionals, and do take care of our customers, we will continue to thrive and grow....despite your poor attempt to derail us!

  Inspector showed up, gave details of what repairs were needed. Afterwards, 2 contracts, with 2 different prices were sent, neither matched what we were told when he was on site, nothing was SPEEDY! Went with another roofer, repairs done in 2 days. I DO NOT RECOMMEND so called Speedy Pro Roofing. Go somewhere else.

  Is it called "Speedy Pro" because the van driver races around residential neighborhoods at twice the legal speed limit while on his cellphone?

  I’m really sorry you had this experience, and I appreciate you calling it out. Safety is non-negotiable for us, and using a phone while driving or speeding is not acceptable.

  A few shingles blew off myn20 yr old roof. I Contacted Speed Pro on 5/5/24 to request quote for roof fix/replacement. Customer Service Rep was courteous and knowledgeable. Stated an estimator would survey the following morning at 10:00 AM. Estimator arrived, surveyed and commited to send "maintenance man" to look at replacing missing shingles and follow up with replacement quote in a few days. After not hearing anything I texted the estimator on 5/10 for status. It has now been 11 days and I have heard nothing from Speed Pro, no maintenance man, no quote, no call or text regarding status. . .

  Jon, I’m really sorry we dropped the ball on follow-up after our estimator visited and you reached out for an update. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have, especially when you’re dealing with missing shingles and time-sensitive repairs.

  The crew assigned to us worked throughout the day until the job was complete. Jeremy was the team coordinator for us. I cannot say enough good things about him. His ability to get the job done was top notch. Anita in the office was also wonderful and let me know su things progressed, we had very bad weather several days in a row before our job was due to start. Their communication and professional skills are appreciated.

  The service from Anita, Bill and Jeremy thru the process was terrific. They had my roof on within 2 weeks from first calling them and it looks perfect. Price was a little higher than a couple other places but the warrenty they offer makes it worth it.

  They were right on time and very efficient. He seemed very knowledgeable and found the problem right away. The work was awesome and didn't take long at all, the price was fair as well. That's one less thing to worry about and I'm very thankful to Speedy Pro Roofing. We will be using them from now on for anymore future roof work. I would highly recommend them if you want a great job done and for a good price.

  My new roof looks great! Senior roofing advisor Gary was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. My roof had been damaged by a windstorm and the replacement was quickly scheduled. The crew was finished in one day and cleaned up well afterward. I would definitely recommend them.

  I looked up "Gutter Cleaning" online and got two estimates. The first group sent someone out, and all they really wanted to do was upsell me to a gutter guard system. However Speedy Pro Roofing was more than happy to just clean out and unstop my gutters. JT Thompson was on time and professional. I gave him the job on the spot, and less than an hour later, the job was done and done at a fair price.
