I contacted Redemtion Construction concerning replacing my gutters and downspouts. Was told a representative would be returning my call. Before i could explain my guttering situation completely the representative Pate Anglin stated well i've I got to go i have another appointment. My personal opinion is that this was a very rude interaction. If someone had another appointment scheduled why would you call in the first place?? I called back to Redemtion and requested another representative give me a guttering estimate. Was called by the "supervisor" 20 mins before my scheduled "SECOND" appointment and was informed that the appointment would need to be rescheduled without offering a reasonable explaintation. I said don't bother contacting me with another appointment. I would never recommend this company for any construction job. Horrible interaction with both the representative as well as the supervisor. My advice don't waste your time with this "LAME" company!!! Sincerely, Mark Clark Shadowood subdivsion Johnson City ,TN

I am so glad I did not use this group. First off anyone that uses a reference to our Lord in their name ( Redemption) should be watched. I've learned this from past experiences. …

A young man named Pate knocked on my door & offered to evaluate the condition of our roof. He took several pics. He was extremely professional & informative.

I would highly recommend Redemption Roofing, and specifically Pate Anglin, for any of your future roofing needs. There are plenty of roofing companies to choose from, but finding one with hardworking and knowledgeable people is what sets a company apart. Pate is the type of person who puts his full effort into whatever he takes on and genuinely cares about doing a job well. He’s hardworking, reliable, honest and someone you can put your full confidence in. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about making sure customers have a smooth and positive experience . When it comes to something as important as your home, having someone you know you can count on makes all the difference.

From the professionalism and integrity of the project managers, the respect, attention to detail, and hardwork of the laborers, the straightforward estimates and financing, to the final inspection, I have been nothing but impressed and pleased. Thank you!

Pate temporarly stopped a roof leak. He offered to repair the roof since the rest of the roof was fine. This will save me 10,000 at least.
