Do you like it when a contractor says he will come on a set date but doesn't show up? Or call? Or reply to text inquiries asking if they still plan to come? If so, this is your guy, call him and schedule an appointment today! You will be quite pleased.

Carlos and his team came out to replace my roof and most of the plywood due to several leaks. They did an amazing job and were quick, professional, responsive, and most importantly affordable! I’d highly recommend him to anyone needing a roof!

This company is the best. From the moment we met Carlos we knew this was a well run, reputable company. His team was fast, efficient, courteous, and cleaned up the yard better than we could have done. Our roof looks beautiful. Why go anywhere else for your roof?

I’m not usually the kind of person that leaves a review. But that changes today. Carlos is as professional as they come. He was here on time and finished on time. Every roofing referral I give from now on will be Rosales Roofing. Thank you Carlos, and thanks to Jeremy and Edgar.

Outstanding customer service, work and team! The price for our new roof was a fraction of other competitors. Now the work is finished and we are thrilled. Look nowhere else.

Carlos is very professional and very punctual. Him and his guys came and knocked out my large roof with a 12/12 pitch in two days! Couldn’t be any happier!

Got quotes from 2 other companies and Carlos quoted almost half the others! They tore off the old roof, put on the new and in less 3.5 hours. The crew was amazing and they were careful to keep the tear-off trash to a small area and cleaned up all the metal before leaving!!! Awesome job.

Had a little trouble getting them scheduled due to their work load, but when they got back to me with a price, they were more than competative, and when they begin working it was non stop.I highly recommend them!
