The owner came out and flew his drone around and inspected my roof. I sent him all my insurance documents but he never followed up with a estimate. Very odd fellow. I don’t recommend.

Hired this company to complete repairs they provided estimate upon house purchase. First they stated the damages are greater than estimates but they will “take care of it” and they did. 15k later they completed soffit repairs, clay roof repairs and gutter cleanups. 12 months later soffit is rotting away at the places repaired. I contacted Yates roofing for explanation they stated it’s expected until soffit is fully replaced but they will come out and evaluate the issues. 2 months later no time for evaluation. Please hire them if you are happy with these repairs. It was a great experience to blow away 15k.

This is the second roof we’ve had completed with Yates, and both times James Ford has provided superior service. In my opinion, the customer service is what sets these guys apart from the others! James will continue to have my business on the next one; highly recommend.
