  We respectfully disagree with the allegations made in this complaint, as they do not accurately reflect what occurred. We have about 20 text messages between the customer and project manager we could share but we do not think this is the proper place to share them. At Trademark Exteriors Restoration, we have a responsibility to provide a safe and respectful workplace for our employees and subcontractors. Our owner made the decision to stop work before we began, instructed the crew to leave the property, and personally contacted the homeowner to explain that we would be retrieving our materials and cancelling the contract. The homeowner was informed that we would not be completing the roofing project and she was released from her contract. No work was done and no money was requested. While we understand the homeowner was unhappy with that decision, we will not allow our employees or subcontractors to be subjected to abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behavior. Our roofing crews are hardworking professionals who deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, just as we expect our representatives to treat every customer with professionalism. Our decision to terminate the contract was based solely on the hostile treatment our team experienced—not for any other reason. We wished the homeowner the best with completing the project through another contractor and concluded our involvement. We remain committed to treating every customer fairly and respectfully, and we expect the same level of respect to be shown to the people who represent our company in the field.

  Don't do it! We signed their contract and then 25 days later, we received a text stating they were not going to fulfill the contract as written unless we paid them $1,600 more. We might be old but we're not stupid. We knew they were trying to take advantage of us. We waited on Trademark for 25 days only to have them pull this stunt. Remember that a high rating number can be misleading. Company's can purchase 5 star ratings on the Internet net for cheap, which increases their rating number. I am not saying this is the case here, I am simply making you aware that the practice is widespread.

  RECKLESS DRIVERS!!!! Driving insane on the highway and if you don’t get out of their way they honk at you!!!! Probably drunk driving since they were flying atleast 90 since flow of traffic was over 78mph. Wouldn’t trust them with my house if this is how they drive a vehicle with their company name being advertised.

  Terrible at communicating, the project manager was supposed to be there when our insurance adjuster came to inspect the house and never showed. Which has led to us needing a re inspect to get our entire roof covered. Never called when she said she would. Could not get me a contract emailed to get our work started. I guess technically we were never customers of theirs but I shouldn't have to keep tabs on someone to send me a contract.

  It was great working with Jeff atTrademark Exteriors Restoration. He walked me through the claim process when I had to have hail damage repairs done. He was very patient. I had a lot of repairs that needed to be made and Jeff made sure everything got filed with my insurance company. He met with my adjuster and saved me the stress since this is the first claim I had ever had and I'm 70 years old. I would highly recommend using Trademark Exteriors Restoration if you need repairs, especially roof repairs.

  I have used Trademark Exteriors to reroof my home twice. The second time was when I sold my home. I needed at new roof and gutters to complete the TRR. Josh Scott helped me with the insurance company and began the reroof the day after the insurance inspection with the insurance company inspector. They did a wonderful job and made closing on the sale of my home go very smoothly. I highly recommend Trademark Exteriors and Josh Scott!!

  Priscilla and her crew were great I got new shutters and new roof they finished the job in one day highly recommend they make the whole dreaded job of the hassle with the insurance so easy they took care of everything my roof was so old the insurance paid hardly anything and everything was still affordable
