  The guy just looked at it from the road and did not even get up on the roof he said if it wasn't leaking and I shouldn't worry about it I do not think it's right for them to try to bribe someone to take down a review because their employees did not want to do their job here is a text I got from the owner †*******†*********************************** From the owner***** If you can have the review taken down I'll have a $100 gift card available at my shop tomorrow for you. I called and apologized asking if I could have another rep go by to get measurements to provide you with a quote.

  Unfortunately, this was a misunderstanding. My rep talked to this individual outside looking up at the manufactured mobile home tin metal roof that has coating on it (those can be unsafe to walk on if you’re not sure if the decking/framing is solid below since it’s not always the case with manufactured homes), which the individual stated to my rep that it doesn’t leak, then said she wanted an estimate that my rep didn’t think that she was interested in having any work done anytime soon. My rep explained that if she just wanted an estimate but wasn’t going to have work done for awhile, then the price may not be good for very long given material, etc generally increases overtime. They had no arguments but an obvious misunderstanding given the review this person left. We came out and met when scheduled, I called as the owner and even offered to come look with another rep, and I don’t think this review is fair to leave which she took issue of my “bribe” to remove the review by offering a gift card. I truly think keeping this review up after having reached out offering to go back, apologizing, etc just shows that some people truly don’t care if they harm a family companies online presence.

  They wrote the insurance estimate wrong and therfore I did not get my refundable depreciation. I had to pay them the full price regardless of their mistake.... don't use them

Finally, all these years later justice was served just a Couple weeks ago when Mr Swallow sold his home that we had to place a lien on and we (Statewide) was finally paid in full. I encourage people to look this up on OSCN searching the above ⬆️ persons name that is making this false accusation & review to harm our company because he was finally held accountable (look under Oklahoma county). Mr Swallow, We both know what you are accusing is false and if your memory is foggy, then please contact us because I even called farmers insurance to make 100% certain of this and recorded the phone call. The recoverable depreciation was paid to you by your insurance (confirmed), we did the work outlined by your insurance company for the amount that they paid you for, then we performed additional vinyl siding work/roofed a shed that you requested to be done that insurance did not originally allow for. Also, you OWED more than the dollar amount of your supplement and your depreciation combined, which makes this review even more off base. We supplemented the insurance for the additional work that we furnished materials and labor on, BUT the farmers adjuster told us that you would NOT answer your phone in MULTIPLE attempts that they made to get ahold of you to confirm the additional work being done, but you DID NOT answer the phone or return their calls so they did not pay it. This is not our fault we did work that we should be compensated for and it was only not paid for because you would not answer their calls. Additionally, I CAN CONFIRM that you were not good about answering phone calls, for ignored all of our calls too about paying us and t

  Update: The owner contacted me and asked for an opportunity to make this right. Original review: I attempted to schedule a roof inspection. I submitted all my contact information through their website and never heard back from them. I had done my research and they seemed reputable but first impressions go a long way. If they took this long to call me back, it makes me wonder how long I would have been waiting for them to repair my roof had I actually contracted them. Found another company that got back to me the very next day after I decided Statewide was not the roofing company for me. When I called to cancel with Statewide, the lady who answered the phone did not seem to care that they had lost my business, she just said, "OK, thanks for calling."

  We really tried to make this review get edited higher than 1star to 2star, which we did not do any work work at this home. The poor review rating was from not contacting him for an inspection when he filled out an online inspection sheet, which we unfortunately were in transition on using a new marketing company that was working on our website at that time & did not see the lead request. I had met with Eric in hopes to make him happy although I felt it was highly critical to leave 1 star for the reason that he did and not be understanding enough to remove it. His roof was fine from the ice storm, but I recommend that he get his gutters fixed and I sent out my gutter subcontractor to do the repair, then let him pay him directly to save money. This resulted in a minor upgrade to only a 2 star review, so I tried contacting Eric to talk to him about it but was not able to get ahold of him.

  Very good company, had a couple of fellers come out gave a good price on roof replacement, roofers came few days later, did a very good job of replacement, myself been a commercial painter over 30yrs.This company is very good.

  They came out early and it only took them one day and one morning to roof my house. I was surprised by the extra mile they went and fixed my covered patio. No extra cost and they left the extra materials with me for future use if needed.
