  Had our roof replaced OUT OF POCKET back in September of last year. Since the replacement we have had constant leaks that have caused mold issues. I have spent additional thousands of dollars to repair the damage and still haven’t seen someone from OKC Roofers. No follow up, no care. 🥹 You would think spending 18k with a company they would at least personally follow up and make it a point to provide a resolution. UPDATE IN REPONSE TO REPLY FROM OWNER: This is not true. Initially, you guys came out at the first complaint and got on my roof and squeezed caulk/sealant along the seam of the roof where it was leaking. My roof did NOT leak at all prior to your work so this was clearly a resuly of a poorly done roof job. The "work" you are claiming voids my warranty was me putting a sheet of metal flashing over the area that was leaking. TO PREVENT WATER COMING IN TO MY HOME AFTER THE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO GET YOU GUYS TO REPAIR IT SAYING "WE CANT COME OUT WHILE ITS RAINING" No roof repairs, no damage to the work you guys had done, just covering the space that was leaking. You guys were NOT willing to help and in fact, had my FRIEND contact me from your business to tell me that I was in the wrong and there was nothing you could do unless I paid an additional $789 to you. I was told by TY, (who I understand no longer works for you, and neither does my friend because apparently, you guys do bad business..) that when you guys replaced the roof that you would be replacing the decking, the flashing, and the roof. (YOUR SCOPE OF WORK, THAT WASNT DONE CORRECTLY) So, explain to me, why when I had another roofer come out, he explained that the job WAS done incorrectly and that they are constantly cleaning up after your work... BE SO FOR REAL. "Made numerous attempts to schedule follow ups" NOT TRUE AT ALL. I had to constantly call and harass to get someone out there. and the one time that the last guy said he was coming by, he didn't... He never called, never said hey just wanted t

The underlying issue was framing outside the original roofing scope, and we provided a quote to repair it properly. We understand other work was later performed at the property by another company, which affects the coverage we're able to offer. We stayed willing to help throughout and wish you the best.

  Very disappointed with the behavior of one of your drivers. I was waiting to turn right, but there was oncoming traffic, so I waited until the light turned green instead of making an unsafe turn. Your driver behind me started honking because I didn’t turn on red. Once the light turned green and I made my turn, he sped up next to me just so he could pass me while repeatedly flipping me off. My 9-year-old son, who has autism, was in the car with me, and the excessive honking startled and upset him. There was absolutely no reason for that kind of aggressive behavior. If you’re driving a company vehicle, you’re representing the business, and this driver’s actions reflected very poorly on your company. I hope management addresses this because no one should be harassed for choosing to drive safely. *Updated* Of course he will have a different story he doesn’t want to look bad or lose his job

  To start, their whole system for scheduling is very odd. When you call the number you will connect to a receptionist who will take your info but can't schedule you directly. You must wait for them to call you back to get you on the schedule. Once someone did call me back about my small roof repair they didnt seem interested in anything other than trying to sell me on a complete roof replacement. They kept trying to convince me I should replace my whole roof through insurance without ever even seeing the damage. At the end of the conversation it felt very "used car salesmen" and left me feeling they don't care what's best for the consumer rather what will net them the most profit. At the end of the day ended up using another roofer who quoted me 700 for the repair and never once mentioned anything about insurance or a roof replacement.

When you first reached out, we made multiple attempts to follow up and get you scheduled, but weren’t able to connect until later. When we did speak, we hadn’t had the opportunity to inspect your roof yet, so the conversation was based on the information available at the time. Our scheduling process is set up so that once you call in, your info is passed directly to the project manager for your area, who follows up to handle the inspection and provide accurate recommendations. That’s intended to get you in touch with someone qualified, not create extra steps. As for the insurance discussion, when a homeowner mentions an 8–9 year old roof in a hail-prone area like Oklahoma, it would be a disservice not to at least explain that option. Many homeowners don’t realize they may qualify for a full replacement instead of paying out of pocket for repairs, so we make sure they understand all possible routes before making a decision. Without an on-site inspection, we can’t give definitive answers, only general guidance based on experience.   Soliciting, which is illegal in my neighborhood according to city ordinance. Giving a bad review because I had a sign up that specifically said no soliciting of any kind, and he still left a card and rang my doorbell which woke my baby up. Horrible.

  Please teach your employees to read door signs. They rang our doorbell which made our dogs bark, and woke up our newborn from a nap. I understand door knocking after a hail storm, but being inconsiderate of homeowners DO NOT DISTURB signs will not get you any business.

  Was looking for an estimate to repair or replace a power roof vent. When they came out, before they even looked at the vent, they suggested having my entire roof replaced, because the vent could cost up to $1500. Sent them away, and called another company, who said the maximum I should expect to pay would be around $400, including parts and labor. Won't be calling OKC Roofers again.

  Jayden was great. He came out to perform a full roofing inspection. Jayden was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He was on time to the scheduled appt which I appreciate. He informed me on what the previous roofing company missed or just didn't do correctly. Jayden sealed up a pipe on the roof free of charge. He also found a hole in my old chimney. He did not try to sell me on something I didn't need. I recommend using OKC Roofers. They're trust worthy and easy to work with. I know I'll use them in the future 😊
