  Had them repair my roof that had a leak in my bedroom. they never looked at the leak and said they could fix it. paid 2 thousand for the repair and it rained 2 days later and the leak was worse. Called them to come back out to fix there work and they said call your insurance and wouldn't acknowledge that they didn't fix the problem that they were paid to fix. They did nothing and got paid and refused to fix what they were paid for. The fact that the guy said that sucks and call your insurance after they were paid 2k shows they dont grantee their craftsmanship and dont care about people as long as they can make money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  Rob, I’m sorry you’re dealing with additional leaking, especially after paying for a repair. That’s frustrating and I understand the concern. To be clear on our standard: we don’t dismiss homeowners and we don’t take payment and “walk away.” When leaks are involved, our process is to re-inspect, document what we find and recommend the repair plan that will actually solve the problem. In your case, our inspection identified more than one area of concern. We completed the authorized repair and when you reached back out, we re-inspected the roof and offered to trace the active leak from the attic so we could pinpoint it accurately and recommend the most responsible next step. We also made multiple attempts to reconnect afterward so we could keep working toward a resolution. If anything about that experience made you feel brushed off, that certainly wasn’t our intent. Also, recommending an insurance claim is never suggested lightly. When storm-related damage is present, a claim can be the safest way to protect the home and help prevent further interior damage - and when we recommend that path, we provide clear options and documentation.   I normally do not respond to reviews of this nature but feel compelled to participate. I responded to to the offer for the free fall tune-up. Harrison found my roof (completed replacement in Feb 25) to be in good shape which I expected. He did find a problem with siding repair and reinstallation of the lower level bathroom window. The window was not framed and reinstalled properly allowing air leakage, dust infiltration, and insects to enter through the exposed opening in the top left hand corner of the window. I am waiting to see if Patriot will correct this error or if the expense will be left up to me. I was not able to perform a inspection for the completion of work at the time to due to having advanced copd and other health problems limiting my mobility. BTW, during roof replacement, damage to my interior ceiling was incurred by dropping the heavy roofing material and decking on the exterior roof, gutters had to be realigned, and my 110 ft commercial garden hose disappeared. Maybe coincidence. All employees were very cordial and helpful. Otherwise I would have given only one star.

On the lower-level bathroom window, I want to clarify scope: we did not install or frame that window. Based on Harrison’s visit and a third-party siding specialist’s assessment, the issue is related to the window framing rather than the roofing system we installed. Even so, I understand how frustrating air leakage and dust can be and if you’d like us to handle it, we can coordinate the right repair and get it sealed up correctly. I also want to acknowledge the other concerns you raised — the interior ceiling issue, gutter alignment, and the missing hose. You shouldn’t be left wondering whether we’ll follow through. If anything from our work needs correction, we’ll make it right and if something went missing during the project, I want it reviewed and addressed appropriately.   I reached out to Patriot Roofing about a leak i had discovered. They were here in a flash and we decided I needed a full roof replacement. Justin was very polite and easy and no pressure. The roof looked great and they did a great job on cleanup. Shortly after that I discovered that my new roof was leaking after a very heavy rain storm. They came back and preformed a water test and they determined indeed it was still leaking. So they replaced that side of the porch and we did another water test and it still leaked. That same day I paid my roof invoice off. And Justin said we would have to do another water test to isolate the leak. That never happened and I never heard from or seen them since. Kaylee was awesome to work with over the insurance part. So as long as I owed them money they were awesome. I ended up having another roofing company come out and the had fixed within a few hours. I am very disappointed with Patriot Roofing.

After responding quickly to your initial leak concern, our team conducted multiple water tests and determined the issue was coming from a leaking window—not the new roof. We documented this during our visit, including interior damage that appeared to have been ongoing prior to the roof replacement. As this fell outside the scope of roofing work, we recommended contacting a window specialist. Additionally, while we offered to reimburse the roofer you said fixed the issue, we were never provided photos or a receipt showing that any roof-related work had been performed. That offer was ultimately declined by customer and said a friend did the work instead. We’re glad to hear Kaylee and Justin provided a great experience during most of the process, and we want to reiterate that we stand by our 5-year roof warranty for any roofing-related concerns now or in the future. The appointment prior to yours was 10 minutes from your property, we allow 1 hour drive time in between appointments. We were called to make you aware we could be there early.

  Hello I recently contacted Patriot Roofing for a leak. A member of patriot reached out and visited my home. He informed me there was damage and to file a claim. After doing so we had a set date to meet with the insurance Ajuster. My patriot contractor did not show for the meeting and had not contacted me sense. The lack of communication and prioritizing of the customer is very unprofessional.

  Patriot told us we owed money after our roof repair from hail damage, but would not send a final invoice or itemizations. The last person who we spoke to said that an invoice had been sent, but could never produce a copy and ended up texting my husband an amount owed, but never an invoice. They did good work, but poor customer service/ communications about payments.

  Many thanks to Patriot Roofing. They were excellent in their communication, explaining the work and my options, and helping me find the best solution for my roof. Their communication was outstanding, especially considering I'm out of state, and despite that, everything was excellent. The work was of very high quality and they were very efficient.   Kong Reeves came by today to inspect for a leak we had over the garage. He found the problem and the repair was completed promptly. He inspected the remainder of the house and found several potential problems for down the road. Kong was very professional, cordial and thorough.

  I would like to thank Patriot Roofing for the outstanding work they did on my roof. They were very professional and extremely fast getting my roof done especially since we had rain moving in. Blake did and excellent job of explaining the whole process from start to finish since we were dealing with insurance issues. Also Kong was very helpful as the on site supervisor. My wife and I are extremely happy with how our roof turned out. The crew was very courteous and respectful of our property. So thank you and I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who asks me who to use in the future.

  I had a great experience working with Jake at Patriot Roofing on my roof and siding repair. He worked with me to find the right fix for my situation and gave me a few options to choose from, which made me feel informed. Communication was excellent throughout the process. He was timely, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions, which really helped ease my worries. The follow-up was great, and the finished work looks fantastic.   Several shingles were removed from roof during storm on Friday April 3rd. I found Patriot Roofing online and called and talked to Kynnedy on Saturday April 4th to get estimate on repair , Kyle and David were here on Monday April 6 and l was given a free estimate and shown the roof damage. Root repair was done on April 10th before it rained again. I highly recommend Patriot Roofing for any roofing needs and will definitely use them again. Prompt, friendly and job well done.
