2 weeks after agreeing to a roof repair I had some guys show up on my roof with a really loud bang that scared me half to death. Sounded like someone hit the house! I run outside to see what’s going on and all I see is a beatup old unmarked truck sitting in front of my house so I go to the back yard and that’s where I fine a small group of guys on my roof. I assume they are from all American roofers and I greeted them and let them know it would be nice if they knocked on the door when they arrived instead of scaring a person to death. I wasn’t even expecting anyone. I had not heard from the company at all. I was still waiting to hear from them to set an appointment. This was the first interaction since I had agreed to the repair and I was told someone would call to make an appointment but that never happened and random ppl just showed up with no markings or announcements of who they were. They also threw the protective patch that was covering the repair spot in my yard and left it there. When I went into the office to pay my bill for the repair I kindly told the man I was making the payment to that it would be nice if they would have at least knocked on my door to let me know they were there and not to throw trash in my yard. He told me they called that morning to say they were coming out. I had not spoke or heard from anyone! And that it is apparently fine for their workers not to knock on your door and let u know they are there. That’s just rude and inconsiderate. No respect for a persons home or property!

As an owner we always take and listen to our customers complaints so we can improve as a business. In this situation we came out and did a temporary on the roof from tree damage. Two small holes with a 3'x3' covering. We then gave a reasonable estimate for repairs and within two weeks repaired the roof for the contracted fees. As this is a small repair we call customers the day of the repair to let them know we will be out. We also knock on the door of homeowners upon arrival to verify if they are home. When the homeowner came to pay for the repair she claimed we didn’t communicate with her and our repair tech scared her as she was sleeping while the repairs were happening. We let her know of the process and apologized if she didn’t receive our message or hear our repair tech knock on the door. She then stated that we left a piece of the temporary repair in her bushes in the back. We immediately apologized and stated we would be glad to come pick it up and dispose of the material. She stated they have already taken care of the 3’ x 3’ piece of temporary material. Obviously we would like to make every effort to communicate with homeowners, but small leaking repairs we strive to get out as soon as possible and make sure the repairs are complete. We also communicate during the sales process that we will diagram and take photos of the repairs so if homeowners aren’t home our repair techs can move forward with repairs. I did communicate with our in house scheduler and reiterated to try to reach homeowners if possible and brought up to production to remind our repair techs to knock on the door. After discussing with our staff we met the contractual agreement and strived to take care of a homeowner with a leak. In my opinion a 1 star rating is not a realistic review on the work we did for the homeowner but we will take the review and try to get better.

Brandon Randell did my roof inspection 7 weeks ago. I was told I would be CC’d in emails to my insurance company and never received any emails. My emails to this gentlemen were never responded to. I had a feeling that this guy was talking a big game in person so I opted to use email for communication so I had a log of whatever was said. I called the main office and some nameless gentleman claiming to be the owner assured me that he would have Brandon check his email to get back with me. I had to email once again and this is when I receive a phone call from Mr. Randell explaining to me that they had become busy elsewhere. So because of this, my roof was no longer a priority to be finished. Needless to say we have decided to use a different company.

Their people who are out in the field are the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. I do home inspections for insurance companies and this is the rudest most awful roofing company I’ve ever had to deal with

Unfortunately we have no records of meeting you in the field for an inspection with anyone on our staff. We pulled up your profile on google and Facebook and your company name and it wasn't in any of our records for scheduling and no one on our staff has ever meet you in the field based on your photo. Please feel free to contact the office at (405) 787-0400 and ask for Michael Cagle if you can remember the person you have met with.

I called to schedule a consult about a water leak found in my attic. Everyone was very responsive at first, called back in a timely manner to reschedule due to bad weather, ultimately Dustin came out to look at the problem a day later than originally planned (May 26th am is when he came) Consult was quick and to the point, he didn’t climb on the roof to look at it but he took lots of pictures and ultimately recommended I go with a maintenance package of some sorts because it was $600 and their minimum service charge was that much anyway. That would get all the vents/pipes/flues resealed and nailed down — to my understanding. Before Dustin left, I asked when I would receive a final quote— he said by the end of the next day because he was/is busy. Totally fine. Next day came and left, then the memorial holiday weekend came and went.. finally i called Tuesday morning, May 31st- to follow up to which I was told by a very nice man that he didn’t see any quote in the system but that he’d let Dustin know that I called and he should be back in the PM. At 4:55pm I called back again after not hearing back —only to be told that Dustin was already gone for the day. I was then provided a different number for him, a direct line. So I promptly called him to see if I could get final quote and see what scheduling looked like because I knew we were expecting more and more rain and the bucket I have catching the water wouldn’t do for long. Dustin didn’t recall our consult, looked it up only to say he wasn’t sure why I never received the quote (something about not having my email address but I gave it to him at the consult) and that he’d work on it first thing the next morning and call me back directly. I gave him the benefit of the doubt for several more days before writing this review but it’s now 8 days after the original consultation and I haven’t heard anything from him or anyone else at the company. If this were a more serious roof problem, I’d be in real trouble. In t

They threatened to put a lien on my home. They did the work, it was sub-par quality at best(ridge caps are crooked, other poor workmanship). They sent an invoice that I received 30 days after completion, then proceeded to start calling me …

We completed the roof system on March 6th, 2020. The invoice was mailed on March 24th, 2020 approximately two weeks after completion due to Spring break holidays and the beginning of the Covid-19 situation. The roof was being replaced as the homeowner was putting the home up for sale and needed the roof replaced due to hail damage 3 years prior. We communicated with the homeowner several times in April about payment with no returned phone calls. Each time we were told it would be checked on and they would get back to us. Each time we did not receive a call back. We were concerned that the house had a pending contract to be sold and left message with the homeowner on April 24th (after no returned call) that we will need to put a lien on the home to protect ourselves if the bill is not paid. We received payment on April 27th, 2020 and never put a lien on the home. The check that we received was dated 4/24/2020. Written only when we mentioned that a possible lien might be placed on the property. The current roof at this address has an extended warranty through GAF Manufacturer and a 5 year workmanship warranty. As of today, we have not received a complaint on any issues with this roof. As a common practice, we use chalk lines on all ridge rows and valleys to make sure they are consistent and straight. Should any of our customers ever feel we need to inspect our workmanship further, customers can and have called the office and we gladly meet with them to address any concerns to meet the customer's satisfaction.

I was having trouble with water spots on my ceiling, so I call All American Roofing. They sent Chad Dennis to help. Chad was very professional from the time he stepped out of his truck to the time he left. Chad could’ve quoted me a high price to repair the problem but, he didn’t. He pointed out that the flashing nails needed to be caulked, ( something that the company that replaced my roof failed to do ) and some board trim needed caulking. He also told me about a cap shingle that was missing. These are the things I can do myself. I was charged nothing. Thank you Chad. I’ll be using All American Roofing in the future for their honesty.

All American roofing is local and trustworthy. Dustin helped through the whole process. He made sure I got the insurance company to pay for getting my roof up to code. We got the best quality roof completed in one day of labor. I’m so pleased with the quality of service I received. I highly recommend them.

A special shout-out to Dustin Cagle who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question I had, and kept me informed every step of the way. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in their work, and puts the customer’s experience first.
