  Google said they did pool refurbishment. I called for service, telling them my needs. They said they would get back to me. They texted me 5 mins later, saying they do not offer that service. If that is the case, why not say so on the phone call? Why the run around? I placed a negative review and immediately got a call back asking me to take down the first negative review. They said they NEVER offered that service and asked me to take down the review. Again, why didnt they say that on the phone call?

During that time, insurance carriers, adjusters, engineers, and contractors across the region experienced significant backlogs that affected claim processing and project timelines. Our team spent countless hours assisting homeowners through the insurance claim process, often long before projects were approved or able to move forward. We take any concerns seriously; however, we do not have any record that would support the claim that a customer was charged for "doing nothing." If this reviewer was in fact a customer, we encourage them to contact our office directly with their property address and project information so we can review the matter further.   XRC initially was very nice and savvy at getting our business. I paid 20% up front then another 30% before they even removed the first shingle. So with 50% paid and nothing started I was getting a change order while they insisted I pay more before they do anything. After a year long confrontation with this company I highly recommend you RUN away from hiring this company.

For transparency: the change orders you received were for unforeseen damaged decking that had to be addressed to meet code and pass inspection. In addition, our scope went beyond the roof—we replaced damaged wood around the garage, which required engineering, permit revisions, siding removal, and a garage door remove-and-reset. These items can extend timelines, especially when insurance and permitting are involved, and we understand how frustrating that can be. Regarding payments, our contract outlines a standard schedule that covers permitting, engineering, materials, and mobilization prior to visible tear-off work. We never proceed with change-order work without customer authorization. We believe we took great care of your home, but we clearly fell short of your expectations. We’d like the chance to review your file with you and make this right. Please contact our office so we can resolve any outstanding concerns.

  I found this company extremely professional and easy to work with. Their sales manager, Matt was always super responsive any time I had a question Their crew did the work with excellence and cleaned up after themselves very well. If you’ve ever had your roof replaced, you probably expect to find pieces of shingle and roof nails lying around. Not so with Extreme. Their pricing was very competitive. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

  XRC provides good drywall repair due to many reasons. We have had several repairs completed over the past few years. I am a picky drywall or painting customer. There is always a pre-proposal walk through looking over the trouble areas to agree on work scope. Matt Jr, Matt Sr, and I will often suggests repairs in the area that are not specifically part of initial scope but are in need of repair. This prevents having to contact another contractor to repair those items. XRC has a broad scope of skilled contractors on their team. They are always my first call for roof or drywall/paint repairs!
