  This is incorrect Lisa, we kept you informed the entire process, you were given a picture link to watch the entire process. We also informed you of the additional unforeseen wood cost. No one used high pressure tactics on you. We informed you of the contact terms if payment was not received. I have discussed everything about the process in depth with you.

  It was raining while our representative came out there. To do a complete water test of the area requires 2 people and a significant amount of time. Yes we will apply a percentage of the water test to the repair. Unsure how that’s a red flag. We are providing a service to diagnose your leaking roof.   Stay away from this company!! I hired them to fix a roof leak and paid $4,750. They did NOT fix the leak and failed do the vinyl siding repair that is stated on the contract. When calling Pinnacle Roofing to report that the leak is worse now, they said "we dont do vinyl siding and added I would have to pay labor costs again." Pinnacle said they would call me back but never did.🤬

  Unfortunately this review is very inaccurate, we did the repair per our contract and fixed the area that was leaking. The chimney is leaking from up above and has nothing to do with the repair we did. We have come out multiple times to do water tests and show you this in person. We answer your call every time, I’m not sure why your review is like this. But nevertheless please give us a call at 386-631-5566 so we can help resolve any other questions you may have.

  It's unfortunate I can't give this company negative stars. Their sales rep visited our home for what we thought was a roof leak. He wasn't able to appropriately navigate our attic space and fell through the ceiling leaving a 5-foot by 5-foot hole in our main living area and a living room full of blown insulation. It took the company over 4 weeks to send a contractor to attempt to fix the massive hole. The contractor rescheduled the repair dates no less than 3 times. As an added bonus, the company never contacted us to confirm the ceiling was correctly repaired in our 5-year-old home. Spoiler alert: it wasn't and still isn't fixed appropriately. Upon consultation with another roofing repair company, we discovered there was no roof leak. After letting us know they would be fixing our ceiling due to their employee's negligence, we were then served a notice to pay their employee's insurance claim. In summary, no roof leak (as confirmed by another roofing company that didn't fall through our ceiling), substantial ceiling damage resulting from employee negligence, and obvious issues with the attempted ceiling repair. They assured us this involved their best estimator. If this is their best, what happens with their worst?

  While we are sorry for all you experienced, the facts of what occurred are very different than your claim in this review. When our representative visited your home for the inspection, we conducted an inspection (unlike many roofing companies, Pinnacle checks to find the problem and does not try to sell you something you do not need). During the inspection, our representative stepped on a rafter you did not warn us had been improperly installed by a third party. As a result of the faulty rafter, the ceiling was damaged. Even though the rafter was not installed by Pinnacle and we received no warning it was improperly installed, Pinnacle, in an effort to provide good customer service, agreed to have it repaired at our expense by an independent contractor. At no time did you receive a bill for this or any other cost. Any notice you may have received from an insurance carrier was simply a courtesy copy indicating they are paying for any injuries that may have resulted from the incident. We have confirmed with the insurance carrier that you have not and will not receive any bill. At all times, Pinnacle acted professionally and made every effort to make you happy, even if the issue was not the fault of Pinnacle. If you believe you received any bill for the incident, please reach out to us, and we will forward it to the appropriate party. Again, we have done everything possible to make this right.

  BUYER BEWARE!!!!! The aesthetics are horrible, lots of blobs of caulking, screws not spaced evenly and the roof IS LIFTED. Talked w the company over any other. They are extremely difficult. Not willing to fix the mistakes.

  Appreciate the honest feedback and sorry for the late reply. That's not the experience we want anyone to have. We've made a lot of changes to how we handle our sales process since then and high pressure is not something we stand for. We'd rather lose the job than make someone uncomfortable in their own home. If you ever need anything in the future, we'd welcome the chance to earn a different experience.

  In general, reviews are given at the end of a project; however and because of the exceptional communication and courtesies we have already received, this 5 Star review must be shared now. On Pinnacle's website it reads, "While [they] do build strong roofs, [they] build even stronger relationships." Because of Pinnacles' trust affirming business methodologies of providing step-by-step photo documentation and text messaging updates as well as both professional and personable project status phone calls by their team members, they truly demonstrate a high degree of accountability for their work along with a genuine familial connection with the client. Pinnacle continues to not only meet but also exceed our expectations of how a company conducts their business. A special shout out to Juan on today's job-site and our continued gratitude to Katie and Marissa at the office. Thank you, Pinnacle, for making us part of the family.   I had Joe K. come out to the house because i had leak from this rain in Orlando in my bathroom. He looked at everything and told me what the problem could be. Everything was informative and easy to understand. He even broke down cost wise and benefits for everything in terms of localized repair vs changing the entire roof. Extremely helpful and accommodating even on a “after-hours” day. Would recommend.

  Pinnacle roofing install a roof on my Townhome and after 3 years I notice my second floor was hotter than the first . After research I realize my my attic wasn’t vented I called Pinnacle they responded and added ventilation Great job

  Thank you for the Review Peter, I spoke with you directly about this repair, we agreed the repair needed to be up to the skylight, not around that skylight, as there didnt need to be work done there. We color matched the shingle exactly, your roof has black algea build up which is why this is a mismatch currently. The shingle color is not a difference in price, I am not sure where the information came from. The darker charcoal shingle will not match either because of the age and algea build up.
