Terrible management. Estimate is one price but they did uncessary work to jack up price to almost double. Kept adjusting the invoice to cover mistakes that I caught them making. Never did get the invoice correct. Filed with Attorney General of Florida Consumer Protection. Still waiting the results. Buyer beware.

Hi Mark, We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your experience. However, we want to clarify for others reading that your review does not reflect the facts of the project. From the start, we were transparent about the need to replace any damaged or unsafe wood, which was clearly outlined in your agreement. Ethically and professionally, we cannot roof over compromised materials, as doing so would put both safety and quality at risk. You were informed and updated throughout the process. While we regret that you're dissatisfied, we stand by the integrity of our work and the communication we maintained throughout your project. The invoice reflected the plywood and T-111 from Home depot. It was later learned that there were four sheets of plywood that were picked up from the jobsite that hadn't been communicated to the salesman yet. So for that we do apologize again that you did not have a good experience with TC Metal Roofing.

Hello Mr. Kent Smith, I spoke to my staff and what you mentioned in your review is not accurate. You were informed that your roof is not repairable from a warranty stand point and we not be able to preform any work. You were directed back to the office if you decided you wanted to do the work properly we could provide you with a new roof estimate. You received a message from our operations manager that was already days old after we had been out there to conduct an inspection. Probably just an oversight on your end but my guy onsite said you were very rude and demanding. You mentioned that we have lost you as a customer and I am very thankful nobody in my staff will have to work with someone with your demeanor. We take pride in our work and do things the correct way. Sorry that isn't the way you expected us to operate.

Salesman put a flyer on our ring doorbell camera which wilted and thus disabled the camera for over 24 hours. To add insult to the incident we have a very visible sign which states NO SOLICITING. Total disregard to homeowners not wanting salespeople to bothering them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn't be happier with the incredible job **TC Metal Roofing** did on our new roof! From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, stress-free, and exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a **reputable roofing company**, **metal roofing contractor**, or a team that delivers **high-quality roof installation**, look no further. A huge thank you to **Anthony, Trevor, and Nicky** for their outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. They were hardworking, courteous, punctual, and took great pride in their work. They kept the job site clean, answered our questions, and made sure every detail of our new metal roof was installed to perfection. The quality of the materials and workmanship is exceptional, and our home looks amazing. It's hard to find a roofing company that combines honesty, professionalism, and superior customer service the way TC Metal Roofing does. If you need a **metal roof replacement**, **residential roofing contractor**, or simply want a roofing company you can trust, I highly recommend **TC Metal Roofing**. They earned every one of these five stars, and we would absolutely choose them again!

Duane from TC has gone above and beyond in helping to diagnose a stubborn roof leak. He always responds and has been prompt to follow up on any issues. Solid company with up front pricing, etc.

I had a leak in my ceiling, so I contacted TC Metal Roofing. Duane came out and confirmed the roof was in good condition; however, the solar installation where the cables were installed left holes in the roof. Duane went above and beyond to find the source of the leak. Thank you so much, Duane!

I have a home with a metal roof that was installed 26 years ago. The roof has done extremely well with all of the storms that have passed through central Florida during that time. But it was time to get it inspected for potential problems. I called TC Metal Roofing and I couldn't have been happier with the help they provided! They sent out Duane to do the inspection and he was definitely the right guy. He took his time up on the roof, checked the peaks, valleys, gutters, vent "boots", and the 4,500 screws. He spent time in the attic as well looking for any water intrusion evidence as well as potential damage by rodents. My roof was overall in good shape but he found several items that needed attention. After speaking with him about the potential problem areas, I was convinced that he was not just trying to "sell" me something I didn't need. He was just putting himself in my place and letting me know what he would do if it were his home. He explained every step of the job, how long it would take, and how the steps would greatly improve the longevity of the existing roof. And how a few changes here and there would greatly reduce the chances of water intrusion during thunderstorms and hurricanes. The estimate he sent the next day was not only fair, but it was less than I expected! Duane, Neil, and Wayne showed up exactly when they said they would, worked hard and kept me informed about progress, any changes, additions, or problems. I couldn't have been more pleased. Pretty sure my roof will now out-live me (although I hope not 😁). I would HIGHLY recommend TC Roofing for any repairs you may need on your roof!! John R. Oviedo, FL

Our patio roof had been leaking off and on for a few years. My husband was putting a bandaid on by using flex seal. Enough was enough! Called TC Metal Roofing and Brian came out and assessed everything. He was upfront with pricing and told me exactly what was needed and why. The job was outstanding and have no further issues. Thanks Brian for the amazing job well done.
