  As a first-time reviewer, I feel compelled to share my frustrating experience with this roofing company. When I purchased my house five years ago, the promise of a brand-new roof was a significant factor in the home’s price. Fast forward to the present, and I find myself dealing with a leaking roof. Naturally, I contacted the same company that installed the roof. After receiving a quote, I reached out to Michael, the owner, hoping to negotiate a solution. Unfortunately, he neither returned my calls nor took responsibility for the issue. Instead, he delegated the matter to his assistant. The proposed resolution was underwhelming: a mere 10% discount and a paltry six-month warranty. I requested a more reasonable offer—$100 off the price and a one-year warranty—but was met with resistance. It appears they are aware that their work doesn’t stand the test of time. What’s particularly frustrating is that there is no visible damage to the roof. Yet, I now face significant expenses to rectify a problem they should have addressed properly in the first place. As a homeowner, this situation is both disappointing and costly. In summary, I strongly advise against using this roofing company. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to stand behind their work has left me in a difficult position. Save yourself the headache and seek a more reliable contractor elsewhere.

  I had 2 other options to go with instead of Roof Pros but, unfortunately, I had seen there sign in my neighborhood, so I decided to go with them. Roof Pros came in and replaced the roof at 1 price and to my surprise at the end of the job I owed an extra $640.00 that NOBODY INFORMED ME OF! BEWARE! As a consumer you don't just make someone believe one thing and then show up to pick up final payment and not disclose there was an EXTRA $640 to pay. Then if thats not bad enough the sales guy which has a real sales guy kinda attitude starts threatening with "you might as well pay it or we'll just Lien your house" just like that! Let me include they did give me 4 free sheets of plywood for the job which from the other companies I could've gone with were also offering so really nobody was doing me a favor like this company made sound like. To my surprise I guess I needed a total of 14 sheets of plywood??? Don't think so! I was 1st shown pictures of the bad wood which was NOT my address- Right there my credibility when down! Then he showed me the correct pictures.... OK- Nobody told me as the job was going that this was going on!!! So, I'm thinking that 1 price was was final payment and the truth was, it wasn't. To avoid the threat of this company putting a Lien for the house since its going on the market, I ended up paying them. Unbelievable. Please be on top of this company if you hire them. I haven't dealt with any company like this one before!

  We're sorry about the wood replacement cost but we couldn't know how much wood is rotted on your house until we stripped off the roof materials. Please contact the office if you are still dissatisfied.

  Hassle free experience from estimating to construction. Nicely and professionally done I would add. I have attached some pictures if anyone wants proofs. Would definitely recommend them to anyone with roofing needs. Thank you for my new leak proof roof!

  In 2023, RoofPros repaired a leak that other roofers hadn’t been able to fix. My project was scheduled quickly and they were done in one day including clean up. Haven’t had an issue since. In 2026, they came back out to check on the roof. They cleaned the gutter, swept debris off, and checked for any issues at no charge. They also have a program in which you receive a gift card for any referrals. I can confirm that they honor this system. Highly recommend RoofPros!

  Highly recommended Roof Pros USA. Excellent service from initial quote to finishing the roof. We went from a shingle roof to a metal roof. Roofing team took care to protect landscaping and outside areas while removing existing roof, they also cover our driveway with plywood since we have pavers. That’s exceptional service. Loved finished product. Neil showed up several times to make sure everything was good. We are a very happy customer.

  Roof Pro did an excellent job on our new roof. The workers were quick and very careful of the shrubbery around the house. They cleaned up during the job and when the job was finished. We have already received compliments on the new look along with the new gutters. We couldn’t be more pleased.
