  Misogynistic. Demanded that my husband be present to give an estimate. Newsflash: it’s 2023 and I make ALL the decisions for our house. He pays the bills. And works during the day. So no. He is never present for estimates and this is our 3rd remodel. I think I can handle myself. And if you want to use the excuse that “both homeowners need to have a say in the decision making” refer to the above. We moved here from Raleigh and i have NEVER been told that. Unbelievable.

  I contacted them about coming to my property, and they refused saying they needed to meet with me personally citing a law that I never heard of (and also don’t believe exists). I asked for a copy of the law, and they said to talk to my attorney. I explained they could meet with my property manager and they refused saying only the owner. I explained I was in service to my country and they simply didn’t care. They also let me know I couldn’t review them because only clients can (wrong again). I will be going with another company that seems so willing to go out of the way to make a deployed military member’s life just that much harder.

  Not pleased! Would not give me a quote without my wife available. Had about 20k worth of work I wanted done with windows, siding and decking. I dont understand. Wife told me that she has no clue and didnt want to be involved as she isnt even on the mortgage. Just silly. As far as quality of work, I will never know. One of the main reasons I didnt want my wife there is because she has severe asthma and would be bad considering the pandemic. Good luck!

  My roof look great, unfortunately the crew left nails and screws in my driveway and in my gutters along with scrap pieces of metal. I called and complained and was told they would come back but I do not believe they did. Update, 2 and half weeks later I get a voicemail they are coming over to clean up and inspect. They cannot be serious. Was I supposed ignore the nails and screws in my driveway?

  Absolutely great company to work with! Our old siding in Mt Airy, NC was outdated and looked awful. Xterior was able to upgrade our siding and gutters to modernize and make the house look fabulous. My husband is a Insurance Property Adjuster and has worked with multiple contractors. He has always had a great experience working with Xterior and we are so happy we chose them for our upgrade. They are honest, fast, and so friendly to work with! We had some damage done to the garage wrapping that Xterior was so gracious to come back out and repair. The repair was quick and easy (completed in the same week I called). I truly cannot express how grateful we are to this company and ALL of their employees.

  I reached out to Xterior for a quote on a small siding job - needed some patching done where a sunroom was demolished. Colby came out and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked us through options and explained everything in great detail. He was very transparent that Xterior typically does whole house siding replacement, but he still gave us a quote on the patching job and a whole wall replacement. He even recommended some other local businesses for unrelated future projects. While we didn’t go with Xterior for this small project, I learned a lot and they will definitely be at the top of the list for any larger scale projects in the future.

  Just had our shingle roof installed and vinyl siding in Lexington NC. Team did a great job, very timely installation, solved our issue with a leaking window from poor installation of the previous roof by the prior owner.

  Colb & Jay where awesome. Jay works at the office, and I was very respondent and timely. We had them come out to do our estimate on our metal roof then a panal and blew off on. He explain to us what to do first what to do next.. Colby came out to do the estimate on our roof. He was very thorough and explain things in lehman terms that we could definitely understand. They've even helped us call our insurance company with them. They have not completed our roof as of yet, but we are very pleased with this company as of now. I loved how fast they were able to work with with us.

  I called early in the morning and received a same day appointment for a quote. Colby was personable and professional. He answered all my questions and helped me make the best decision for my house. Contract has been signed for siding and a new roof. I'm excited to see the end result of this fantastic first experience with Xterior LLC!

  Xterior old did an excellent job on my roof replacement in Lexington nc. From the initial visit to the final cleanup, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They explained the entire process clearly, helped with the insurance side, and delivered exactly what they promised. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and left the property clean when the job was finished. The new roof looks great, and the quality of work is obvious.   Xterior helped with our insurance claim and handled everything very professionally and were able to work with Amica to cover everything. We added vinyl trim to the work and are very pleased. Best roofing and vinyl siding company in our area. I would most definitely recommend Xterior to anyone.
