I am in the researching phase of looking for a roofing company. I saw on their website they offer a virtual estimate, which of course asked for my information. Since I did that estimate on Sunday 8/4 at 7:08pm I have received 24 phone calls each leaving a voicemail, 12 text messages, and 9 emails. This is EXCESSIVE. I understand wanting to be available as a business, but I would not choose your company based on this information alone. Even after I replied to one of the text messages "Stop", the person replied asking me again if I want an estimate. I will see how many more times they reach out, but please lose my information. I do not wish to do business with you.

We chose this company due to how affordable they were. Well, you get what you pay for! We had our work done back in December and everyday I find something else that wasn't done right. We were given a quote for ALL of the work we wanted done and a lot of things I had to go back and remind them to do. We talked doors from the get go, I even called the sales person the day I bought the doors to let him know that we had them. Well, when I mentioned the installation of said doors, a couple of weeks later, they acted like we have ever discussed door installation. We had windows put in, siding, guttering, roof, and doors installed and it was all done in a hurry and sloppy! A piece of one of the doors, they installed, fell off and hit my wife on the head just a couple of days ago. I will never do business with these people again. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for better work! I'm not gonna mention who our sales person was, but he knows who he is!

I needed my older wooden railings along the porch and stairs up to my front door replaced with composite posts and materials. Positives: they cleared out the old railings and posts within a day and replaced with the new posts and material the next day. Negatives: The railings along the stairs have a little wiggle which makes me question their ability to hold up if someone leans against them. When my wooden ones were in proper shape, they didn't move an inch. I was told by the company that they're safe and that is how they're supposed to be. I am skeptical because my railings in the back on my deck are made of similar material and do no wiggle when you put weight on them, and neither do the railings they installed along the top of the porch. Hopefully they stay strong if needed. The communication was good, but I felt like they rely on their portal too much and don't update it. I was given a general day when someone would begin work, but no one called before they came out. I also found small material not cleaned up in the rose bushes below the porch. I generally am satisfied with the work, but a little more attention to details will go a long way.

I am very pleased with the work I had done. My deck was old and needed major refurbishing, including replacement of all flooring, steps and several support posts. The entire project took just one full day, with final cleanup and inspection the next morning. All old wood and trash was carried away and the deck looks and feels brand new. I would recommend them highly, based on my experience.

was our first time working with Roofing Exteriors Pro for Christmas light installation, and we didn’t know what to expect. What we got was pure holiday magic. Our lights brought joy to our whole family—and to our surprise, something inside of us lit up for the season right along with the house. Several neighbors stopped by just to tell us how beautiful the lights looked, and in a small but real way, we became part of the winter wonderland in our neighborhood. The team was personable, knowledgeable, communicative, and a true delight to work with. Special shoutout to Terry, who installed our lights with so much care and attention to detail. My family even cried when we saw the final result—it was that beautiful. We’ll absolutely be working with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, joyful holiday setup. Thank you, Roofing Exteriors Pro.

We are so pleased with the work by Roofing Exteriors Pro. They completed some minor roofing repairs as well as built a new deck on the back of our house. We are beyond impressed with the quality of work completed. The deck is amazing! The work was scheduled and completed on time with no delays. The workers were exceptional. They allowed my husband to introduce them to our dog before starting which eliminated barking and added stress. The entire work crew were professional and skilled in their craft. They also completely cleaned up the work area before leaving. We will definitely recommend Roofing Exteriors Pro to our friends and family.

Mark Hawkins and his team came to assess the damage from a hail storm earlier in the year. I’ve been putting off doing the repairs and doing the insurance claim. He provided an estimate for the damage and we worked with the insurance company and got it completed in a very reasonable amount of time. We love the upgrade of the shutters and our neighbors want to copy us do the same thing to their home.
