  Talked to someone & they asked me to send pics of the project. I did & now I’ve been ghosted. Called back & talked to someone who said they would relay the message…..still nothing. Called & left a message myself…..STILL NOTHING. Customer service here leaves much to be desired. Sad.

  Stephanie I am sorry I was not able to get back to you about your repairs. I know there was a long delay in you getting the pictures to us but that in no reason for my team to not be able to get back to you. After the storm we have been very busy and are now having to tell people that there is a 2 month wait. I would call Wicked Creations LLC to see what they can do for you. I do not know their time frames but they are in your area and from what I have seen do good work. Thanks, Joel

  Premium cost with poor quality work. Had Wimmer replaced 20 windows, replaced a sliding glass door and covered the wood in my carport with batton board. Old home and current windows were installed 30yrs ago. Joel knew some of the windows would need new boards. Installers attempted to put my new windows in with rotten boards around them. My sliding door was installed with a big gap between the door and top of the frame and was covered up with shoe molding around the door which already has the original molding around it as well. Batton board installed in the carport was fine....the issue being...the quality of work around the light sockets. They pieced together molding to make a homemade bracket. Mind you it had enough gap that you could stick you fingers behind the piece. Im not in the business but i can tell you that is not the way its should have been done. Visually it looked super cheap. Called Joel and explained my concerns and that i would like him to come see the quality of work. Joel got upset with me while i was on the phone with him. I was not trying to be a pain point for him however the quality of work was unacceptable. Joel got his window installers to come back out and redo 4 of my windows...all which had new windows with rotten wood. Joel admitted that was not acceptable. He had the brackets fixed on the sockets and he completely forgot about addressing my sliding glass door concern. I never heard anything from Joel after voicing my concerns. He never attempted to reach out to me. A professional would have made sure i was happy with their work. Just poor business and unprofessional. Small business and not trying to knock them down but the business will not remain if that is the quality work being performed. Check your windows if you know boards need to be replaced b/c good chance they are covered with nice trim and rotten boards underneath. The landlord you speak of, did not inquire about the job nor did the landlord pay for the job. You cashed my chec

  ***UPDATED*** Had a call from the owner and now a reply to my review... It had NOTHING to do with them not being able to come out for 3 wks, I get that everyone is busy! I could hear in the background (on the call I received) a ladies voice, assuming it was who I spoke with from the beginning. (you should have told me she was on the phone, I would have been happy to speak directly to her about how she spoke to me), but, I digress..... let me be clear to those reading this review, it is in no way scathing or telling you not to use them, it is simply stated my experience and how I was treated by the one answering the phone, that person is going to play a HUGE role in how a person may feel about a company and whether or not they use said company. This was my experience and I chose not to use their services, Google then asked me for a review (assuming because I visited the site) and I gave my account of events. There are always 3 sides to the story, mine, theirs, and the truth... either way the bottom line is my issue was with who answered the phone not the company as a whole, she just happens to be the person representing the company out of the gate. My one negative review is not going to impact the business enough to remove it. However, it was the truth on how I was treated and the company has all great reviews which is why I had called in the first place. Sorry a bit long..... I did a search on Google and found Wimmer Siding Windows and Roofing. I called due to needing window replacement and to get an estimate. I wanted to try and give a small business my business. I also needed a good reliable vendor for my real estate business. When I called I left a VERY detailed vmail and my call was returned 24 hours later. The representative seemed short with me from the beginning and I am really not sure why. She stated who she was, and that I called for an estimate. She appeared to not have been the one to listen to my vmail because I had to tell her all the information

  Amber I am sorry for this as we are a small business and like many other companies we are short staffed and doing what we can with the recourses that we have at this time. Yes it might take us 24 to get back to you and we will always tell the truth that we are out weeks on both appointments and work. We know we can not meet all time frames that people are looking to have work looked at and done and is something we just have to take in stride during these unprecedented times.

  Wimmer replaced our old and damaged back door. Joel gave us several options to choose and was very patient with us as it took us a long time to decide. Brian and Chris arrived at the exact chosen time and quickly had the new door installed. Both were clean and polite. They even helped to program the new locks. The install was high quality and my wife and I are very pleased. This is our second positive experience and I can highly recommend.

  Great experience, Joel explained everything in detail on the first visit with pricing so I understood exactly what was involved. His installers did an amazing job and left everything nice and clean. I would recommend him to anyone. Fantastic job!

  I have now used Wimmer for two projects; replacing gutters last year and replacing our roof this month. His price was competitive (note the price range noted below includes both projects), the explanation of what the job entailed was thorough and recommendations where appropriate were great. Both jobs were completed in a timely and the workmanship at the highest level. If you have further questions, I have told Joel, the owner, that he can share my phone number with a potential customer.   We were extremely pleased with all of the service we received from Wimmer for the replacement of our roof and gutters. From the original contract service of choosing products and asking questions to the roof removal and replacement, everything was handled with care. They were on-time, reasonably priced and did an excellent job on the roof and gutters including clean up afterwards. We highly recommend them. We had previously used them for new windows and had a great experience then as well.

  We had some issues with our roof leaking in two different spots, and Joel came out to take a look at things. He was so kind, prompt, and professional. Provided us quickly with a quote which included a better, longer lasting solution and was cheaper than the two additional quotes we had already obtained. We hired them for the job and the work was completed just as expected - within the time frame for the day he estimated. The guys cleaned up really well after the job too. Two years later, I called back tracking down some invoice info, and Joel was so quick and willing to help me! They really are a wonderful group to work with, and provided outstanding customer service. Would highly recommend!!

  We didn't use Wimmer for our windows because they do not deal with the type of windows we have. They did send me a couple contacts that would help with our windows, though. I greatly appreciate customer service like that even though I was not an actual customer.

  I needed some vinyl gable wrap replaced, a door for my screened porch and new gutters. After meeting Joel from Wimmer, I knew they were the choice for me. I was very impressed with the professional service and quality of work done. I highly recommend Wimmer.

  Wimmer Roofing Windows & Siding is a great company to work with. I received a quick response back from Joel for a quote on new windows. All 36 windows in my home were installed with care and respect for my home. Brian and Chris were very thorough and did a great job!! I love my new windows and highly recommend Joel and his team!!

  We had a wonderful experience working with Zach at Wimmer and we are very pleased with the final product. We were not at home for most of the time they worked on the roof, but the only sign they had been there was the beautiful new roof. We will definitely use Wimmer again for any future projects.
