  The repair they did for my roof leak barely lasted one week. It was obvious they didn’t inspect the area properly and just patched it quickly. When the leak returned, they suddenly became unavailable. I had to hire another company to fix the original problem correctly. I would not recommend relying on them for anything serious

  I wanted to support a local roofing company, but unfortunately my experience with Armor Roofing was very frustrating. I paid $800 for a roof repair that was meant to stop a leak. There was no written agreement or photos of completed work. The issue wasn’t resolved, and when I reached out, I was treated with defensiveness and blame, even though I was polite and just trying to get clarity. Communication became tense, and I was left feeling like I had to tiptoe around asking questions. Ultimately, I had to find another roofer to finish the job. I wouldn’t recommend them based on how things were handled. Update: I was under the impression you were fixing the problem - there was no agreement for anything less than that. We both knew from the moment you came to look at the roof that my original roofer hadn’t put the barrier on and that the entire transition needed to be replaced. The communication about this was condescending and confusing and a little aggressive which is why I decided to find someone else to help and let the $800 and the small repair that was not helpful whatsoever go. Because that is how horrible the communication was.

  Hey Amanda thanks for the review. Sorry the prior roofer messed up your roof to the point where you need a repair. After you sent us pictures of your husband's friend pealing back shingles with a pri bar on the roof it was a little frustrating for us as well. After charging you a minimum balance instead of the porch roof replacement like we recommended we noticed the your lower shingles beyond the transition was allowing water in. This is because the prior roofer did not use ice and water barrier on the low slope and all your nail heads were rusty. This proves that their taking on water. At the end of the day I hope you and your buddy's get it figured out because it desperately needs it. Good Luck to you. Update: We specifically told you that if this did not work we would have to replace the entire section. We also made no guarantees for the "Cheap Fix". I specifically remember telling you in person that I would apply the 800 towards the replacement of the section. You were referred to us by your sister in law and several others because were good at what we do. What we will not do is allow you to be aggressive towards our team and still give you the same respect.

  We recently had our roof replaced on June 2026 and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The Armor Roofing team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the whole process. From day #1 when we meet Mr. Robert, he took the time to answer all of our questions (and we had a lot), he explained everything clearly in words that we could actually understand, and he kept us informed every step of the way. We loved how we received pictures constantly to appreciate the progress! The quality of workmanship was outstanding. The crew always arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to every detail.   Armor Roofing is highly recommended for roof replacement. They provided a fast and reasonable quote and was very flexible on when I could get the work done. We chose to have the work done while we were on vacation and they provided photos during and after the process. The project was done within 1.5 days and the roof looks amazing.

  Had a great experience with Armor Roofing! The entire process was smooth and stress-free from the initial inspection to the completed roof installation. The crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful of my property, and they cleaned up everything afterward. It also only took 1 day to complete my roof! Communication was excellent throughout, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. They also helped coordinate my homeowners insurance claim and made the whole process easy.   Had an awesome experience with Robert and Armor Roofing! Super quick response time for initial consult and estimate, great competitive pricing.   Robert was immediately helpful in getting our insurance contacted, with a swift and fair estimate. He worked well with the inspector sent by State Farm and made sure that all aspects of the damage were seen and taken into account. He has a lot of experience with handling insurance companies and I appreciated his expertise. Weeks after, even after the roof had been replaced, he helped contact the company again so to ensure they paid attention to repairs still needed to be performed by other contractees. All in all a good guy. Solid roof.

  They do excellent work and are very professional. They take good care of landscaping around their work area. They also do a wonderful job of cleaning up after the job. They are very responsive and make every effort to exceed expectations and address all questions. They are also just very nice people to work with. I'm very pleased with the job they did for me and recommend them highly.

  Prompt inspection, met insurance company & filed claim. Roof replaced late Jan/ early February. Worked around weather 4 square roof. Complete & cleanup in 2 days. Very professional.

  We had hail damage on our roof and our insurance company only approved amount a replacement. Armor Came back over three times and took extensive photographs and met with the insurance adjuster twice and was able to get a full roof replacement. In addition, we had issues with water, running off our roof and freezing right on the stoop the front of the house. As part of their work, they built a cover over the entire stoop, which solve that problem.
