  So everything started off great which is why the 2 star and not 1. Jesus showed up on time and did an estimate. After receiving and signing the estimate I felt as though I was being ghosted. I sent a text saying I signed the estimate and would like to schedule and heard nothing. Six days later sent another text asking if I needed to do something else because I still haven't heard anything which was followed by a text saying I needed to sign something again. This was followed by a call from Jesus saying he could have a crew there on Saturday which did not fit my schedule. He said he would get in touch with someone that would schedule something the following week. The following week Thursday I sent a text again asking about scheduling the repair to which was never answered. The following Wednesday I texted saying we are going to pass on their services. But what is strange is I get emails and texts asking me to review them, weird..

  I asked in advance if they were able to repair my roof, if my insurance would not cover the replacement. I was told it would not be a problem. I asked for three estimates, one for repair only. They only provided a replacement estimate. I asked again for the repair estimate and told them we would pay out of pocket. Weeks after the initial visit, I finally received a response that they will not do the repair, so I am calling another roof repair service to hopefully fix my leaky roof. They say on their home page that they are a repair service, but apparently, they are only interested big ticket replacements. If you are looking for a repair, I wouldn't bother. ************************* @Village Roofs - Your response is brittle. 1. Your technician said it could be done 2. Your never told me this reason. 3. A reputable company repaired the roof shortly after I made this post.

  Eric - I do apologize about this - when we examined the roof the existing shingles were so brittle we didn't think we could repair them without causing more damage.

  Talk about getting hosed & getting apologized to Choose this company if you want exorbitant charges. After 2 attempts have still not received documentation of a warranty

  Susan - I would like to apologize and take full responsibility for this project. This is our second service call to your home. The first time our team member caulked a roof leak which fixed things at that time. When a different leak occurred you called us back back to investigate. Our installer found the issue a leaking plumbing connection in the attic. At this point he should have advised you of the issue and directed you to call a plumber. Instead he took it upon himself to purchase materials and fix the leak without advising us. As a result we didn't follow our normal job quoting process and you were not expecting the repair cost of close to $500. We do apologize and have used this as a training opportunity for that team.

  The owner, Dan, and project manager, Brandon, were very easy to work with, explained everything well, and were on time. The roofing crew showed up on time, worked very hard and were very clean when picking up leftover materials and garbage. The whole experience with this company was professional from start to finish. Highly Recommend!

  I highly recommend the family-owned business Village Roofs! Brandon Mullis was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He patiently answered all my questions and he was a joy to work with throughout the entire process. Diego and his team demonstrated such a strong work ethic and they did a magnificent job installing our new roof! It looks absolutely beautiful! I am proud to give Village Roofs a five star rating because they earned it with their outstanding customer service and the quality of their excellent work!

  Fantastic experience all the way around! I chose Village Roofs specifically because they are not a large corporate entity that would treat me like another number on a spreadsheet with enormous overhead to pay back marketing and advertising costs. I found them from the official GAF site so there would be no question about quality, licensing, insurance, etc. I had some roof damage that needed repair, and from the moment I made the appointment with Village Roofs they were in constant communication and delivered on everything they said they would do, and when they said they would do it. From Jai who came out to do the initial inspection, Brandon who put the estimate together and worked with me on scheduling the repair, to Diego the tech who came to do the repair - just a great group of people and I can't thank them enough. Fair price for the repair as well. It is difficult to find this level of customer service in any industry and they exceeded my expectations on all fronts!

  After some of those flash storms rolled through our neighborhood, our flashing and a downspout ripped apart. A seemingly annoying and possibly long drawn out issue was made stress-free and simple by Brandon at Village Roofs. I made a call, and within a few hours he was already at the door assessing how he could help, without any sort of up sale or gouging. He was just a stand-up guy, who got this fixed in such a short time. I would highly recommend giving Village Roofs a call!

  If you have any questions if you want to use this company for new gutters or not, put those questions to rest. I got connected with Brandon through the owner, and he was prompt with coming to quote and getting the work done. He was very professional and easy to speak with. We had some weather that caused a hiccup in our original plans, but they quickly worked us in over the next days. Great people and great company to work with. I wouldn’t ever hesitate to use these guys again. Thank you again Brandon and Village Roofs for the new gutters.

  These guys are terrific! They used top grade products, do a very professional job and keep you posted with each step of the process. Their price also beat two other estimates.

  We highly recommend Village Roofs. Dan Reinis, Raul, and their team were professional, responsive, arrived promptly and worked efficiently each day. From initial estimates to the final walk-through of the completed total roof replacement, we were impressed with Dan's service and supervision and making sure his company provided a high quality product. The workmanship on difficult angles of our roof lines turned out beautifully. We would not hesitate to work with them again.

  Village Roofing did an excellent job. Their workers were prompt and worked very hard. They used great quality goods and offered things that I didn’t know I needed. Brandon(the salesman and job coordinator) did a superior job. Everything was left in top notch condition. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would recommend Village Roof to anyone that needs a new roof. Dennis Harris

  We had such a wonderful experience with Village Roofs. They even recommended a lesser service than I originally requested, informing me that it would make more sense to do the more complex work during my next roof replacement, which is many years down the road. I can definitely appreciate that kind of honestly, as it is hard to come by these days. Aside from that, the work itself was perfection. Communication leading up to the job was seamless. When rain was going to interfere with the job, I was informed of the schedule change well in advance. They don’t just do roofs, but when it’s time for my next roof replacement, I will have one less thing to worry about, and that’s who I will call to do the job. Village Roofs. Every time.

  Recently had the roof replaced. Very pleased with the results. The roofing job was complete within a day. Any questions or concerns I had were always promptly addressed. Customer Service/Care is a priority.
