  ***UPDATE*** BELOW IS MY INITIAL REVIEW. EVERYTHING STARTED OUT SO GREAT BUT SINCE MY FIRST INTERACTION EVERYTHING HAS GONE DOWNHILL! FAST! AS STATED BELOW BRYAN CAME OUT ON THE 27th DID THE INSPECTION AND SCHEDULED A FOLLOW UP APPT FOR THE 29th At 3p TO ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME AS MY INSURANCE ADJUSTER. NO ONE SHOWED UP, NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME AND WHEN I CALLED BRYAN MY CALL WAS DECLINED AND I RECEIVED A TEXT THAT HE WILL GET BACK TO ME “IN A BIT” WHICH WAS 6hrs LATER SAYING WE WILL TALK THE NEXT DAY. I REPLIED LETTING HIM KNOW ALL I NEEDED ON HIS BEHALF WAS FOR HIM TO SEND THE PICS AND VIDEO TO THE ADJUSTER ASAP BC HE WANTED TO GO AHEAD AND TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING ON THE CLAIM END WITHIN 48hrs. I SENT HIM HIS INFORMATION AS WELL IN THAT TEXT. I REACHED OUT THE NEXT DAY AT NOON AND NO ANSWER. I’VE CALLED THE MAIN OFFICE 5-6x OVER THE PAST 3 DAYS AND SPOKE TO TONY AND JIM WHO BOTH PROMISED ME THAT THEY WOULD HANDLE IT BY CONTACTING HIM AND MIGUEL AND ITS STILL NOT HANDLED. THE DISAPPOINTMENT THAT I HAVE RIGHT NOW IS UNEXPLAINED. HOW HARD IS IT TO SEND 4-5 PICS AND A VIDEO. I’m so glad I chose Excel Roofing for my roof emergency!! I went on Angi’s list after 5p and they were out here the next day!!! Bryan Jimenez came out and he is knowledgeable, very helpful, did a thorough check in my attic and went above and beyond exceeding my expectations of this experience!!! I did not feel overwhelmed or stressed at all. Being a first time home owner and not knowing my head from my tail he covered everything and now I feel at ease in this stressful situation!!! Thanks Bryan!!!!

  I contracted with Excel Roofing Solutions to repair siding that had been badly damaged by squirrels. Today the crew came out and provided an excellent job replacing the ruined areas with cedar shake siding. The color is beautiful and the trim is sharp and clean. This is a definite upgrade for my house. Marlon, the sales rep, came swiftly after my initial query. I could give a 5- Star review if we had not run into communication issues over several weeks. When I spoke to the GM Miquel, he immediately set out to rectify those issues. Today, he even drove the 2 hours to my home in Hickory and stayed to be sure I was satisfied with the quality of work. This company was recommended by a friend in the construction business, and I understand why they are in high demand. In my case, with the increase in their business, I believe the communication issues stemmed from them trying to “put out fires” as they pushed to satisfy demanding customers. I do recommend Excel to others. Thank you, Miguel, Marlon, Alex, and Chris!

  I don't write reviews very often, but the work that Excel Roofing did on my home more than justified my time to write this. The home that I purchased 8 years ago was nearing 20 years of age and I knew that it had the original roof on it that would need replacement. My next door neighbor, after vetting several roofers in the area, decided to go with Excel. I trusted their judgement on service so I made an appointment with the same rep a few days later. Excel uses quality materials that I was already familiar with so, after getting a very reasonable quoted cost on the job, we agreed on the work. The crew came out just 5 days later, carefully protecting my windows, entryways, and even the BBQ grills I had on my patio before beginning their work on the roof. 8 hours later, they had completed their work and cleaned up every scrap of material, leaving the yard just as they found it. My roof looks great, the crew was professional and kind, and I got a great deal. I could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend this company to anyone!

  Excel Roofing Solutions was absolutely amazing. They were fast, friendly and professional from beginning to end. Brian came to inspect our roof and give us all the information we needed regarding the material they use, why they use it and pricing. We were able to schedule our roof installation the same week on Saturday. The amazing crew arrived early and on time and was amazing the whole process and made sure all was good and we didn't have any questions. Miguel came for the final walk through, to make sure we were satisfied with the installation and to make sure we had no questions. He made sure we had all the pictures they took during installation. Made sure we had our warranty information and reviewed it with us along with our invoice and made sure we had his contact information should we need anything. I would for sure recommend Excel Roofing Solutions if you are in need of a roof. Amazing company and staff. Thank you Excel Roofing Solutions for our beautiful roof.
