Customer service was frustrating. It took multiple calls to get a response, and my concerns about the repair were never properly addressed.

They were very responsive, thorough, and excellent communicators. We had a bad storm that damaged the roof and roof tiles were loose hanging on the edge of our 2-story house. Jonathan came out for an inspection quickly and was able to clear the debris and make it safe for me and my family to be in the backyard completely for free! They spent over a hour documenting the entire inspection with photos and Jonathan spent extra time reviewing the entire situation with me. It made it very easy for me to choose them for the repair. Afterwards, the great customer service continued. Their scheduling team was in constant communication as they worked through many repairs around town after a bad storm. They were very clear with a worst case date to complete the repair and kept me updated as that schedule changed - they were able to fit us in and be very flexible to work with us on an expedited repair. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Jonathan was great to work with. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We were referred to him from another roofing company. Our home was newer and not a huge job so first company referred us to Jonathan.

They did exceptional work first of all they fixed what some amateur tried to do and then they patched the wall that other contractors said couldn’t be done and it looks perfect. Exceptional work, exceptional communication, and I highly recommended for any work.

Another ridge replacement completed in Apache Junction, AZ! 🏠🔨 The existing ridge needed attention, so we replaced it and gave this shingle roof a clean, properly sealed finish. Taking care of vulnerable areas like the ridge early can help prevent leaks and bigger repairs during Arizona’s wind and monsoon season. 📍 Apache Junction, AZ2 days ago
