I would not recommend this company as they use a bait and switch tactic. On 3/21/26 I signed a contract for a metal patio roof and house painting. I was told the job would be done by the end of may. After several repeated requests to see …

Sometimes it's the little things that matter the most. If I only looked at the "big" picture, how well my roof was done, I'd be giving Arizona Roofers 5 stars. But there were several little things that up until yesterday I was willing to overlook. First, I like to compare apples to apples and oranges to oranges. With that said, I have had 3 major projects done at my house this year by 3 different local companies. The windows were replaced (26 of them) - the entire exterior of the house was painted along with 1/2 of the interior and last we had the roof redone. New underlayment and tiles were removed and put back into position by Arizona Roofers. I have worked with 3 different companies on 3 different major projects and the one thing I noticed was attention to the "little" things makes all of the difference in the experience. Here are the 3 things that I found disappointing: 1) Lack of daily communication. In each of our previous projects, in addition to receiving a generic email outlining the daily schedule a foreman or lead person knocked on our door and announced they were starting or leaving for the day. This allowed us to know when someone was working or not on the house. Our contact at Arizona Roofers said this was not standard practice (contacting the home owner on arrival/departure) and the reason for this was the majority of their workers were non-english speaking. Somehow, our previous projects were able to do this. 2) I took the time to have my high-speed wireless internet connection removed from the roof prior to the project. I had the cabling neatly coiled and tucked under the NW eve of the roof and I pointed this cable out to the project lead and workers. Somehow, on the last day during cleanup this cable was cut off and disposed of. A new cable had to be run from the roof through a small crawl space between the floors of my home to reconnect my high-speed wireless fiber connection. (I have before and after pictures) 3) The reason I changed my mind

Hi Alex, My name is Anthony im the owner and CEO of Arizona Roofers. I first want to say I appreciate your feedback. Second that I apologies for the cumulation of small things that have happened during your project that prevented a five star experience. The vision for our company is that we have the highest amount of attention to detail and the strongest customer experience. That includes communication. Like any organization we have short comings sometimes. But what matters is what we do when they occur. I called a meeting with my entire production team because of this and this will be reviewed and actionable improvement will take place. In the meantime your project manager will be reaching out to see if there is anything we can do at this point to better your experience with us.

I was talked into a very expensive new roof. Close to $30,000. When I found a better price they kept 35% of my down payment. They kept almost $2000 of the down payment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. I’m a senior citizen and they took advantage of me.

Completed the roof where left with extensive damage beyond comprehension. Garage and kitchen ceiling with nails popped out, damaged skylight and cracked sheet rock, bent siding, exposed flashing, siliconed skylight cap, gutters full of hundreds of nails as well as in the driveway, bitumen lay down design does not match color. Project was abandoned 2 and half months ago, CFO agreed on the damages to be repaired, elevated to ROC to help resolve. Beware of 5 star reviews.

Edit: up to 2 stars, because once I left the original review (below), things moved in a 4/5 star manner. If it weren't for the need of the first review, it would have been a great experience. It seems like they had overextended themselves during the storms and let 'smaller' jobs (like mine) be pushed back, but they DO respond to negative reviews, so I suggest using that if you are feeling left behind by them. Original review: Don't do it. After they got my money, all helpfulness has stopped. I paid $12k on October 28 and as of December 4th I am still not yet on the schedule for my roof to be repaired. I've called/messaged regularly, only to be told "I'm at the top of the list, we will get to you soon." These are just the highlights of my terrible experience with AZ roofers, but my suggestion is come here if your repairs are not on a time table and you are prepared to do the work of their scheduling department.

From the first quote to the final walkthrough Arizona Roofers was honest upfront and went over everything. I had a full roof replacement and needed my solars removed and put back as well. The nice thing with Arizona roofers is they cover everything they have solar guys and they also offer financing. The work was great quality all around and great warranty for both the roof and the solars of your looking for a new roof I highly recommend giving them a call.
