  Had a new roof put on our house in 2023. Paid top dollar for it (compared to about a dozen bids that I got), largely in part because of the ten year warranty. Fast forward 2 1/2 years, shingles on the roof of the patio were loose, leading to leakage and extensive dry wall damage to the drywall underneath the roof of the patio. The most frustrating part was that I reached out to ReImagine Roofing, finally (after getting my husband involved), was able to have Caden go out and look at the roof, which he said was fine. Fast forward, another vendor went out to resolve the drywall and HE found the displaced shingles ON THE ROOF THAT CADEN LOOKED AT AND SAID WAS FINE. Would save yourself the hassle and go with a different company with better customer service.

  Spam text and spam calls me. I don’t even have a house in Arizona. Don’t do business with companies who spam texts or calls.

  Our roof had a small leak. They removed the tiles four times. Supposedly fixed the leak twice. Still leaking. They won’t honor the contact. The last guys that replaced the tiles clearly did not know what they are doing as the tiles were replaced crooked. I’ll see them in court. Do not use this company.

  Did a pretty good job on my southwestern flat style roof. Have tried several times to contact them regarding the Spanish tile replacement in various places to finish up the roof. I got one return call, he said he would run it up the chain. Kody Landals, via email, said he would get in touch with me. Nothing, even though I reached out to him a second time. The End. Never heard from them again. Well, they got my money ($23000), I guess that's what matters. They did try to hook me for solar panels. Yeah, right. A generous 4.5 stars for the roof, 0 stars for customer service. They get a reluctant 3. Update: I referred my neighbors to them today to get their garage reroofed (flat style roofing). They told my neighbors the job was too small so declined. We had two jobs lined up for them. So there ya go. If it's not big bucks, they're not interested. I change my rating to 1 star. And this is a "veteran owned" outfit. What I posted is 100% accurate and true. Response to owner: If you were truly sorry about my experience and understood how frustrating it can be ( you to blame), you would be contacting me instead of asking me to contact you and leaving this generic BS response. I tried several times to get a response. You're a joke. You know what happened. Stop trying to BS me and portraiting your business as upstanding to new customers. C'mon Kody...man up!!!!!

  These people caused more damage than good. Didn't even adhere to code! Roof is trash and all the damages they've done will cost me over $20k to fix. When confronted they tuck tail and fled. Because of the way Reimagine Roofing is set up makes suing them near impossible. And as soon as you say anything negative or post pics of the work they do on Facebook, they delete and block. !!!AVOID THEM!!! Update I've now spent over $80,000.⁰⁰ fixing the damage caused by this company.

  Like the other reviewer hector, the install of my metal roof went fine but it has leaked ever since. At first they came out and tried caulking which didn’t work. It has now been over a year since the install and it leaks every time it rains. It has now been over a month after being told they would take care of it for the third time but I have not heard a word. It is just about impossible to get hold of reimagine. It’s pretty clear the installation was flawed-the sheet metal comes up short of the parapet wall by about three inches. So, really not that good on installation either. And some very funky flashing. Company has since tried caulking their way out of the raking problem to no avail. They are now not answering calls or responding to text now that my BBB complaint has lapsed. Said They would fix problem but are no shows over and over. This how they flashed my masonry wall.

  Very professional staff, clear on what you get. Did a great job on removal and installation of my new roof. Everything looks amazing the rain drip, repairs to the fascia. After all that they cleaned up really well. The job was handled very well and efficient.

  I thought they did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. They were so good, I even shared them on my Facebook. In all of my neighbors who had done their roof they paid a lot more than I did. And I think they got it done faster than anybody else.

  Had my roof and solar completed about 1.5 yrs ago. The roof demo and install went well with only a couple hiccups that the company resolved quickly. I love my metal roof and a few friends are looking into getting it for themselves. I had a few issues with the solar but to be fair it was a newer portion of the company from my understanding. Also I was new to solar. My main complaint at this time is when the solar was installed I asked if they were going to have it at an angle, the installer said yes. Well I guess there was a bit of a language barrier, when I got home and saw it was completed and installed, it matched the angle of the roof. Im not getting peak power from the solar during the winter. The panels are flat on the roof which has a 12 degree angle itself.

  Jeff went above and beyond to get my grandparents house taken care of and constantly checked in to make sure they were happy and everything was handled to their expectation! Will definitely call him in the future and refer him to anyone I know.

  I recently hired Reimaging Roofing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first call to the final cleanup, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They explained the process clearly, showed up on time, and completed the job exactly as promised. The crew did great work and paid attention to the details.
