Didn't get any service. Called to find out about a roof repair and after repeating my address three times with people laughing in the background the office person told me they can't do a roof repair. Maybe they should post on their website that they don't do roof repairs. Only complete roof replacements which is what the girl just told me.

Called for help with a suspected roof leak. I searched for roof repair companies. The lady who answered told me my problem didn't fit what they wanted to focus on and offered to connect me to a handyman they like. Sounds like they are not interested in performing inspections or repairs.

I called a week ago to make an appointment with them to inspect our roof, which is leaking down a vent pipe into our master bath. When the appointment time arrived, they never showed up, nor did they call to explain why. Very disappointing! Now I have to start over with a new company after a wasted week has gone by! I would give them zero stars if I could.

Called about a roof repair due to an inspection I had on a brand new home, I was told they have a $2K minimum, hung up and moved on! I appreciate the reply, however to assume that it was one tile is again just minimizing because it wasn't …

Should be called “Arizona Roof Scammers”. Tried charging me $30k over price. Little do they know I know a little about roof prices… we decided to go with All About Roofing LLC. Very fair price and know what they’re doing.

Assuming this is Risi Roofing, do not pay any deposit to them until they arrive on site to do the job. They do not do flat roofs, although they will say they do. They gave me an estimate to repair my flat roof and fascia (fascia honestly didn't really need much, if anything) but that was the only way they'd repair dry rot on my flat shade structure. They needed a deposit up front, then called me days later and said they could not honor the contract. They still have my deposit despite requests to return it. They voided the contract and then contacted me months later saying they'd do some job (didn't say what) for the original price. I declined since I've already hired someone else and asked for my deposit back since they were the ones that broke the contract. No response Do not give them money up front.

I was so hopeful about this place because of the glowing 5 star reviews. But they don't actually offer free estimates for everyone! $400 for an estimate for a house under contract. Insane.

You’re not in our CRM, you must be talking about a different company

Spoke to a kind woman on the phone; however, they do not do free in-home estimates as listed on google. If you are a seller/buyer- stay away. They will charge $399 to examine what you want fixed.

Hi Ashley, thanks for the comment however I don’t see you in our CRM, did you book an appointment under a different name? In our experience real estate inspections are a part of a transaction checklist(BINSR report) and it’s required to buy or sell the home for the disclosures and they rarely ever convert into a repair or replacement so we had to start charging that fee for those kind of appointments. I appreciate you leaving your comment but this is something we disclosed on the first inbound call when you called in. We told you or your agent we charge that fee. Hope this clears things up

Scott Of AZ Roof Pros is THE BEST!!! If you want a roof repaired or replaced this is the place to go. Our tile roof was a 38-year-old mess. One week later it's a beautiful new roof at such a fair price.

Called today about getting all the pipes, and things caulked on the roof as well as reattaching a 9.5' vinyl fascia board cover that just fell off. The lovely young woman who answered said they are concentrating on complete roof replacements, BUT gave me the number of a reliable general contractor. Called him mins after speaking with AZ Roof Pros, and he will be showing up tomorrow morning. Thank you for recommending someone who can do my repairs! You guys rock!
