Wright Family Roofing Llc installed a new roof on our home in Covington. Recently, I noticed a small leak around the skylight over the garage. After I emailed Cameron, he came out the very next day and fixed the leak. During the visit, he also saw that the ridge vent was an older style that could allow wind driven rain in during strong Georgia storms. Malachi and the crew returned the next day and replaced the full ridge vent, completed an attic check, and made sure everything was sealed the right way. All of the roof repair work was handled at no cost, even though the original warranty had already ended. That level of follow up, honest service, and care really stands out.

Wright Family Roofing Llc did an excellent job on my roof. From the first call to the final cleanup, the whole process was professional, organized, and easy. They answered questions fast, kept me updated, and clearly know roofing work from estimate to installation. Malachi gave me a detailed quote, explained the shingles and roofing process in simple terms, and helped me understand what would be done. The crew was large, skilled, and well managed, and they finished the full roof replacement in just one day without cutting corners. They also did a great job cleaning up the property after the work. A few months later, I reached out about a small issue, and Cameron responded quickly and came out the same day to take care of it. That kind of follow-up service says a lot. In Covington, where heat, sun, and heavy rain can really wear on a roof, it gave me peace of mind to know they stand behind their work. I am very pleased with the whole team and would strongly recommend them to anyone needing roofing service, roof repair, or a new roof. They earned every bit of a 5-star review and honestly deserve even more.

A+++ The best experience getting our roof repaired after storm damage. Cameron and Malachi made the whole roofing process simple and stress-free. Everyone was on time, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, organized, and very helpful. The roofing crew did excellent work on the steep roof areas, securing everything properly and installing the shingles with real skill and care. From the estimate and contract to insurance support, scheduling, follow-up, prep work, and final cleanup, everything was handled smoothly. They also explained the roofing work clearly, kept the job site neat, and made sure the roof was ready to handle Georgia heat, heavy rain, and strong storms. I highly recommend this trustworthy roofing company to anyone in Covington who needs reliable roofing or contracting services.

Wright Family Roofing LLC gave me an estimate for a new roof on our home addition, and it came in as the best value compared with several other roofing quotes. I spoke with Cameron and Malachi during the process, and they were friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Shortly after the estimate, the crew replaced the roof on the addition. They removed the old shingles, found a few spots with rotten decking, and installed new plywood where it was needed. I was kept updated the whole time and they clearly explained what needed repair and why. The roofing crew was respectful, worked efficiently, and did a great job keeping the yard and work area clean as the project moved along. When everything was finished, the new roof looked excellent and blended in so well with the house that you could hardly tell work had just been done, other than how nice it looked. It was clear they paid attention to workmanship, materials, and cleanup. A family member with roofing experience watched the job and was impressed by how professionally everything was handled. Based on this experience, I would gladly use them again for another roofing project.

I can’t say enough good things about Cameron and the crew. They were professional, polite, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole roofing job. The workmanship, roof installation quality, and attention to detail went beyond what I expected. They replaced my entire roof, gutters, downspouts, and 17 window screens, and also repaired and replaced rotted exterior trim boards and 13 window moldings. They even gave me a great referral for exterior painting, which helped complete the project and made everything come together nicely. With the hot weather and regular storms in Covington, it was important to have dependable roofing and exterior work done right, and the results were excellent. My home now looks refreshed and restored to like-new condition.

We needed a full roofing update, including a new roof, soffit, fascia, and coordination with some concrete work already planned. After talking with several roofing contractors, we chose this team because they were professional, answered questions fast, and made us feel involved through the whole project. Cameron always responded quickly and checked in often to make sure we understood each step and had no concerns. The crew was hardworking, respectful, and clearly knew their roofing trade. They kept the job site clean at the end of each day, and when the work was finished, the property looked spotless. They also helped everything stay organized with the other exterior work, which made the entire process much easier. If you want skilled roofers, strong communication, and excellent customer care in Covington, this is a great company to call.

Malachi was easy to talk with and professional, and the crew delivered quick, quality gutter and roofing-related work at a fair price. Working with Wright Family Roofing LLC felt straightforward from start to finish. He listened to what we needed, explained the options in simple terms, and never pushed extra services or upgrades we did not want. The team arrived on time, stayed organized, and did a very thorough cleanup when the job was done. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Malachi was honest about scheduling, kept us updated, and even moved the estimate sooner than expected, which really helped. The workmanship looked solid, the new gutters fit the home well, and everything was completed with care and attention to detail. It was also reassuring to know that if any issue comes up later, he stands behind the work and will handle it promptly. I highly recommend them for anyone needing new gutters or related roofing services on their home.
