  This company is not reliable. I had inquired their services for a repair that needed to be done bc we had a leak due to old shingles. Initially everything was good. Kevin came out and did the inspection and had informed me that he would get back in touch the following week. The weather unfortunately forecasted a lot of rain so I had to act quick. I called Kevin a few business days later to see how quickly he could come out and mentioned that I got a second quote from a different company. He seemed taken aback. I told him that I would need to make a quick decision due to the forecasted rain and even told him that I would go with him if he could tell me his earliest convenience along with a quote. He never gave me a real quote but just texted me a number and basically said he couldn’t come as early as he anticipated. I texted to check in to see when he could be available and he has not replied back and it’s been a whole week. My perception is that he didn’t like the fact that I was “shopping” around which is perfectly normal. He might say that he is a busy man but a whole week without responding is terrible communication. If you go with this company, be prepared for a delayed response.

  Paid back in September to fix a leak that I was told should last a few years from the fix he done. It's August and leaking again but looks worse. Looks like he rerouted the leak and caused more damage to the plywood. When I called, they said the work wasn't guaranteed and wanted to schedule to come out to take a look to give an estimate to fix again. I'm not paying another $450 for you to mess it up more.

  I would highly recommend Barrelle Roofing to anyone wanting a quality product and excellent service. They made the process as easy as possible and communicated promptly about changes due to weather. First-rate company!

  Barrelle Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. After looking over the problems we were having Kevin gave us a fair estimate. They promptly contacted us and set a time for the install. Josh and his crew were on time, and had the job completed before they left. They also cleaned up very nicely. Thank you Barrelle Roofing, we love the new roof!

  My wife and I are extremely happy with our new roof. We chose Barrelle because we saw the great work they did on my neighbor's home. Our salesman, James Fenn, was very knowledgeable and a nice guy. He was onsite during the entire installation. The crew was great. They all knew their job and did it well. You could tell that the lead roofer was experienced and he does quality work. Any concerns I had after the installation were answered quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Barrelle Roofing.

  After another "roofer" completely ripped off my father in law, James Fenn and his crew came in and saved the day. After fighting with the original contractor about the water leaks that were coming in the house after our new roof replacement, James came out and found that the entire roof was installed incorrectly. Barrelle Roofing fixed the roof correctly and uncovered a lot of rotten wood that the other roofer covered up. They were kind enough to take enough photos throughout the process to give us a case on getting our money back from the original "roofer". Thank you James Fenn and crew for getting our family out of a very bad situation.
