  Thank you for acknowledging that our crew did great work on the roofing portion of your project. We did, in fact complete everything we were hired and contracted to do regarding the roof. Any additional assistance discussed offered purely as a courtesy and willingness to help, not scheduled or contracted service. No dates were ever agreed upon or booked for work outside the original scope. It is unfortunate that after another contractor was unable to resolve the roofing-related issue, we are now being met with a review that does not accurately reflect work performed or agreed upon . We always aim to act in good faith and deliver value to our customers, and we stand by the quality of our work . We wish the best of luck in your future projects.

  We were referred by family members and it was the best referral we’ve ever received! Oscar was personable, honest, and efficient. We had quite a bit of damage and they took care of everything! It was seamless and we didn’t have to lift one finger! Not even to contact our insurance company! The services we received (new roof/kitchen Reno) were guaranteed and the quality is excellent! You will not be disappointed!

  Oscar came out next day and was less than half the price of the competition. He did my entire roof and a roof on my new shed. Highly recommend!!

  I want to renew my last review. After planning to fixed my leaking roof for the other new company, I accidently called back Oscar Barberra, and he explained to me about his last company he worked for, and He immediately follow up to find solution with his new partner company, and get it done.   I had an excellent experience with Oscar and Oak Home Solutions. They managed the entire process working with the insurance company, had my new roof up 3 days after my claim was approved, and finished up their work all in one day. Oscar and his team were super professional and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. If I ever need roofing work I will always make sure Oscar is my first call.

  Great experience with East Homes Solutions, Oscar Barrera did an excellent job communicating with our insurance company and mortgage company, as well as answering all my many questions about roofing. They got the new roof installed in one day and had the dumpster removed early the next day so we were ready for Halloween. They even registered our warranty with the manufacturer ! I totally recommend this company and the next time we need work done on our home we'll think of them first!
