I asked them to fix a portion of my roof. The guy came out and suggested new gutters. When we got the new gutters, I again asked about replacing the sunken portion of roof over my porch. Excuses were made. I feel like they sold me something …

Hired them to repair leak on the roof about 3 months ago. Initially dealing with them was stress free, Ricardo came out and assessed the issue and he was very pleasant. During the last storm, the roof leaked again in the same area. I called stress free the next day and Ricardo returned the following week (Aug. 22nd ) to see the damage. He advised he would get w/his manager and someone would come out to repair. Had not heard anything after a few days so I called Ricardo to get an update. He was still waiting on his manager. So initially getting this work done in May, they assessed and repaired within the same week. But if they have to return to address the same issue during your warranty period, you get the runaround because there’s no money involved. I spoke to Amber 8/31 and she asked if I’m available 9/1 for someone to come out & repair. She’s going to make sure someone could come out & she’d call me back. Well, today’s 9/6 and still no communication. It’s been a month today since my call to them. Stress Free is not the right name, don’t trust it!

I experienced some damage to my home as a result of a storm. I called more than five roofing/siding companies to get an estimate to have the damage repaired. Most of the companies immediately tried to upsell to get a higher invoice and some didn’t even show up for the scheduled appointment. Stress Free Roofing (Arodi) came out, listened to my concerns, and took the necessary photos. A project manager came and scoped the work and answered all my questions. An estimate was sent and after signing the agreement the work was scheduled. Stress Free Roofing was very responsive and kept me up-to-date on details. This was truly a “Stress Free” process and I am pleased with the work. I will definitely be calling them again for additional siding work.
