  I have attemped to get a hold of worthman several times for a faulty gutter installation. They will NOT come back to your property to fix mistakes. If they hired subcontractors that took pride in their work, they might have better results.

  Recently had gutter work done that wasn’t finished and they put a lien on my house for 400 dollars- And even admitted they shouldn’t have done it when I called but didn’t take it off. AND still haven’t finished the work! Horrible communication, seems like staff turn over might be an issue. I wouldn’t use them again.

  The communication is pathetic lately. They got rid of the only good worker and kept the clueless ones. Heather was the only person who actually helped me when I called but told she is gone now.

  I can’t give a 0 star so this is as low as it goes. After missing dates over and over to get my gutters on. They covered up my cameras with the down spouts, blocking the view. The very next day I contacted Brad and told them they needed to me moved in. It’s been six weeks and more promises of getting it taken care of. Talking to Ronnie, the boss man, he has nothing but excuses blaming Brad for never getting him to schedule a time to come back out. They don’t care about the customers. Find someone else. They all cost the same. Stay away from this company.

  My mother was recently widowed and her insurance company recently required that a roof inspection be done. Marcos Rodriguez visited in the morning and was professional, kind, provided a lot of good information about my mother's roof and completed his inspection in a timely manner. He gave us great news about the roof and shared future possibilities regarding the roof. I want to thank him for how wonderful and informative he was.

  I had a situation where another company didn't show for an appointment and in less than 24 hours Marcos Rodriguez came to the rescue. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and just a delight to have come and inspect my roof. In the future, should I need help with my roof, I will definitely call because in just a short period of time in conversation, he made me feel that I could trust Worthmann Roofing and Gutters but especially Marcos to treat me well with my needs.   I had the best experience with Marcos! Very educated on his work and very helpful, one of the best reps at worthman! If I could give 10 stars I would, he helped me understand the process and made me feel more confident with my decision picking worthman as my roofing company. I will be picking worthman again when I need a new roof!

  Working with Worthmann Roofing and Gutters was the best decision I've ever made as far as choosing a roofing company. Chase gave a quote was very affordable and all cost was itemized with details. Hunter Gillard was very transparent as the field worker, he notified me immediately once the original shingles were removed with all findings, including pictures. The additional cost was fair and the roof was completed in one day. I definitely was very pleased with my roof, not to mention the quality service Worthmann Roofing provided. I would highly encourage using them for any roofing jobs in the future. They did an amazing job......

They recently replaced my grandmother’s roof, and from the very beginning it was clear that this wasn’t just about making a sale—they truly wanted to help her. As an elderly woman living on a fixed income, affordability was a major concern. Worthmann went above and beyond by working with her and essentially doing the job at cost, simply because they cared about making sure she was safe and protected.
