  Hadn’t bought here in a while so I thought it d try them again. Tried to get quote on a job. Never received it then called back and all I could hear was a crying baby in the background. Is this a metal supply or a daycare? I don’t have time for games.

We can assure you that we do not "run a daycare" but we are also aware that life happens and some employees may need to work from home. While this may not be ideal, it doesn't seem to be out of the norm for this to happen with any company, including banks, insurance, etc. We do appreciate your feedback and will do our due diligence to locate the phone in call in question. Being that it was 3:57PM, and we close at 4PM, there was not someone Hannah could transfer you to since you said that "you don't have kids and you don't like kids". While we were able to hear her child twice in the background, we understand that due to your dislike of children that this could be upsetting for you. However, it does appear that Hannah did in fact send your estimate to you via text to the number provided around noon earlier in the day and also resent to you at your request. If you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to me personally.

  Not good!!! Felt like a second class citizen . Only needed 3 sheets to complete a job got major run around. Maybe because I didn’t have a big order. I bought many times before. I will only come back when I have no other method to get job done.

  I called them to get a piece of flat stock that I needed it was only 9 feet long they tell me it only comes in 10 foot six I said OK I will take a piece and white this was on a Wednesday I was told it will be ready by Friday morning for pick up no it was not ready for pick up so Monday when I requested a refund because I had to fix my roof before it leaked again due to the coming range they told me they could not refund me because it was a special order how is it a special order when I purchase what y’all have in stock special order with me different sizes shapes etc. I was offered a refund and told her to keep it

  Michael, we apologize for not meeting your expectations. We always strive to exceed our customers expectations and it is not taken lightly when we do not. I looked into the order and it appears as though the payment wasn't received until Thursday so the order was not processed until then. This is why we were a day later (Monday), than what was originally discussed (Friday). Our flat sheets are not normally kept in stock for what was ordered, which is why we were unable to pull it from stock. However, we did issue a complete refund to your card; if you have not seen that on your statement, please let us know. I would have liked to of reviewed the pricing that you felt was too high. The metal market has faced many challenges over this past year and like most everything, we have seen our prices increase. We continually try to absorb as much of these as possible, which is why we haven't increased our prices since September 2021. And as always, we do offer to meet or beat any written estimate.   Sarah from this metal place is the worse. Sarah thought she could measure my house from an aerial google photo and game all the wrong measurements and the material was small when I go to complain they say that i ok the measurements and all the material was a loss. They charge me for what ever measurements she wanted to give me. I thought she had such experience that she could measure from looking at a google photo, to me it was impossible but she said she got it all so I believed she knew what she was doing. I was so wrong, she should have never worked in a place like that making it seem she knows what she is doing. She is the worse and they are not a good place when one of their workers is wrong and costumer right they got it all backwards.

However, in 2019 when you originally made the purchase, you began the phone call by making it very clear that you were unfamiliar with metal roofing material and it’s terminology, therefore, I took extra steps to be abundantly informational to ensure that you knew exactly what the estimate consisted of. I discussed with you in great detail the gauge and finish options of the metal and also the application of which you were having it installed. As I calculated the amounts of panels and trim types and quantities needed, I did so aloud over the phone, so that you were able to follow me through the entire process. This way, you knew how many panels were needed, the lengths they would be cut at, and the trim pieces that were necessary for each section of the roof. We discussed the purpose of the trim, their application on the roof, and I made sure to answer each question that you had for me. Typically, we are provided with a detailed roof-layout drawing from our customers which best helps us estimate materials for the roof. When this cannot be provided by the customer, our company happily offers aerial-view satellite takeoffs as a courtesy. This free service is very helpful but only gives an idea of cost and materials needed for the roof. Since the tool is satellite-based, we have no way of knowing how accurate it is, which is why we never suggest ordering until quantities and lengths are field verified, since the material is cut to order. In this case, unfortunately, I was not provided a layout of your roof with dimensions, nor did I provide you with roof dimensions based off the satellite aerial-view of the roof as you’ve stated in your review.   I use them for all my small jobs, repairs, and my own houses. The delivery fee is $150+ then 3% fee to pay (wich includes 3% on the $150+ delivery fee) however wich is often cost prohibitive for smaller orders unless you want to drive out …

  Easiest metal company I've worked with around the Palatka area. Had me ready within a day a half of ordering. I messed up on one of my measurements and needed an extra piece. I texted Ashley and she had it to me within a few hours on a Friday. Great company awesome to work with.
