  I'm not impressed, but, I see they have a lot of good reviews and I'm sure they could be a good company, with exception to some advertising issues or someone handling calls; not knowing what they are talking about? The website clearly states; serves the following areas, (listed below); after you make contact, "they don't serve in that area"?? Complete waste of time.. two stars instead of one, because I was able to speak with a person. Alachua Bronson Chiefland Gainesville Graham Hawthorne High Springs Keystone Heights Lake Butler Newberry Starke Trenton Williston

  One of their employees in their company truck destroyed my car at an intersection because he was too busy on his cell phone... only to find out he has done this numerous other times and acted like it was no big deal... unsafe drivers! Please get Bryan off the road.

  After all of the rain we experienced over the last two weeks, I discovered a leak in my ceiling. On Monday, June 8, I called Perry asking for someone to come out and give me an estimate for repair. I was told they were busy and it might not be until next week but that I would receive an email in 24-48 hours letting me know of my appointment time. Here it is, Friday, June 12, and I have yet to receive any email or other correspondence from this company. Luckily I was pounding the pavement and made other calls and the leak was fixed before I could even receive an appointment time from these folks. Clearly they are too important to follow up or keep their word.

We should have returned your call to schedule the work must faster than we did. As I mentioned on the phone, it was a clerical error that led to the work not being scheduled, and we are working on improving internal systems to make sure nothing like this happens again to anyone else.

  Used them this past summer 2018 for a commercial roof. It took them 4 months to complete the job! This is the 2nd time we have used them in the last 3 years. Had some issues on the first building 2016, but alumni board wanted to stick to the same contractor. Alumni board saw firsthand our frustration in dealing with them. Getting ready for the 3rd roof now AND WILL NOT HAVE THEM AGAIN. Sorry to have to write a poor review on a company that I started working with over 30 years ago when they were starting out. Back when Keith was building the company and on the roof himself to work with the customer. In my opinion they have gotten so big that CUSTOMER SERVICE is no longer a priority.

  I'd give them a 0 if I could. They were rude drunks on my roof. They left a mess every day and tore my yard up with their junk trailer. I fought with them over leaks for 10 years, they finally,after 10 years reworked the flashing and the leaks stopped. I sued them in court and their response was that they weren't responsible for the flashing. They should have been ashamed of the work they did. I would never think about using these people again. They do poor quality work and take no responsibility for the work they perform. Update, 10years of a leaking roof I sued Perry for damages. They also came and replaced the chimney flashing and solved the leak. 10 years later and a trip to court. These people do substandard work!

  Most inconsiderate and thoughtless workers, hold no regard to people they park beside for their jobs. Scratch the $4!t out of others' vehicles and lie to their faces later. I would give 0 stars but reviews don't allow it. Don't let them work/park near your vehicles.

  Attempted to repair leak 3 times....not fixed. Last time I called I was told they would be here "after lunch" per their email to me. No one showed up by 230p, so I called the office. Was told they came by at 1:11 (they did not), they also did not attempt to call me when they "arrived". They were not willing to come by even though I was tild they woukd be here "after lunch" but never gave me a time. Not a good company. no one called

  Called out for warranty service. The response to my call was prompt, the fix was done almost immediately and the workmanship appears to be very good.

  Jeremy did an outstanding job. He worked safely with proper equipment and gloves. He found nails the original builder left on the roof. Instead of sweeping them off for my dogs to injure themselves he carried them off the roof. His repair …

  Because of a lighting strike and high winds, 2 huge limbs fell on a families home. Only 5 small holes where the limbs landed but did not penetrate through to the ceiling’s drywall. ThankYou Kieth and Crew

  Arik-went above and beyond to make “right” a wrong experience. Arik called right away- I could tell just from phone call-he was attentive and kind! The roof job was not done well- BUT-the immense energy to make “right” was amazing!! I am so impressed and can not say enough to describe the excellence of the help/correction we experienced!

  I recently had some minor repairs to my metal roof done by Perry Roofing. I was afraid my work may not be extensive enough for a company as large as this one. However, I could not be more pleased! The work was completed timely and professionally. Employees were amazing!
