  Paid more than double a competitor's estimate for painted on sealant for flat roof for it to leak in less than a year. Called them and they sent someone there and never communicated anything. The tenant told us it seems fine so far and that someone came out. After not hearing what the problem was for weeks, called them and they said Joe should have called me. So he called and I asked for an email letting me know they made a repair for my records. Since it supposedly has a 50 year warranty which is why I paid more for it, then it seems like that would make sense. Joe said he would send the email over and it has been weeks again and he never sent it. Called him again and asked about it and never heard back or got it. The lady who answered the phone at the company was the only one who took responsibility and said someone should have called me so I do appreciate that. I don't consider that a good business when it costs more and you get problems and lack of responses.

  Chad promises to sell a bag of goods. After complaints from us about the job not being completed we were ignored. But they made sure they were paid in full. The roof team threw away our gutters and didn't return to put regular shingles on our porch roof. We are still awaiting for them to return to finish. And Scott the CO gave us his word....so much for that...cannot recommend them.

  We had Energy Roofing install our roof and we were happy with the results. The people (DJ, Kevin & Jimmy) we worked with directly were knowledgeable, highly accessible and responsive, respectful, and accountable. These are qualities we all hope for when having work done, but seem to be increasingly rare in this day and age. We requested several quotes (including our previous roofing company) and found Energy Roofing's pricing to be very competitive. What sold us on Energy Roofing was their transparency in their estimate, their responsive and knowledgeable communication, the material quality, and including things other companies didn't include (e.g., wind mitigation form for our insurance). We would recommend Energy Roofing for your roofing (and any other related needs). In fact, we already have them on the schedule to install gutter guards.
