A review was left on our Google business page recently by the owner of this business. We have never met or been contacted by this person. It seems as though he left a review for someone else. Which I have every text message and proof that I was never rude to. Instead of returning hateful comments with hateful comments, I'll give the truth. I would rather dispell a lie than spread falsehoods. Our customer service was the only company to respond to and show up to give out 2 estimates, 1 for lawn care and 1 for landscaping. I also brought the trash cans in from the road to the backyard per the potential clients request even when they weren't there to meet me in person. This was after working a full day in the sun. I also concluded that the clients gate was not broken (because I was told that), it had a safety lock that needed to be pushed for it to open. I relayed that to the potential client. I spent time driving to, viewing, driving back, and creating a lawn care estimate and sent it. I was respectful and kind at every step of the process. When the potential client told me they were looking for a "good deal" and wanted to wait until the end of May so they could get other estimates, I decided to decline preparing the landscaping estimate (the client wanted the same provider to do both). Because my time is valuable and I have to manage it appropriately. Since our prices are fixed at the average cost for this area, I concluded that this was not beneficial for us to continue to pursue. Our "value" is in the work we do at the cost we do it for. Of course, there are a million landscapers out there, but most do not offer the highest quality, consistency, and professionalism that we do. Which brings the "value" up. I do not feel guilty for having prices that make us a profit instead of losing it. Yes, we want to make money and provide for our families. We do this for a living, so we know what the costs are to us. I was straight forward with the potential client and wished th

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Wolf Roofing & Renovations. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
