  Hi Vishal, we’re very sorry to hear that you didn’t have a 5 star customer experience. The owner has since returned to your home to explain in detail what is happening and the solutions available. The installation of the roof was completed according to the manufacturer specifications. The 4”piece of drip edge was an oversight on our part and we have corrected it along with covering the exposed nail. You also mentioned they drip edge was installed incorrectly in a couple area and as we discuss during our visit, that is not the case. The appearance of those locations is a result of the existing aluminum fascia. Please lets us know if you’d Lito proceed with any of the solutions we discusse. We would love the opportunity ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final result.

  BUYER BEWARE! -BAD INSTALL! -WORSE FOLLOWUP! -WORST CONTRACTOR! OVER THE TOP SALES PITCH- Marty- the owner emphasized their attention to detail and said he personally completes a final inspection to ensure the roof is installed according to specifications. In my case, that final inspection never took place. POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP- After the installation in may 2026, I found out several issues that required the crew to return and make corrections. Now, About two months later, I discovered that drip edge flashing was installed incorrectly in one side of garage roof, and there was no flashing at all in parts of the roof. NON RESPONDER ON FIXING OF WORK- I contacted the owner to report the issue and my concern that the exposed areas had been subjected to weeks of rain. I was told it would take years for the wood to rot and they will fix it ASAP. This felt like an insult and lack of care to someone's home. ONGOING DISTRESS It has now been another month with me following up every 2 weeks and I've been given excuses after excuses still no one showed up. Finally, I messaged again today and was told Marty himself will show up to fix the issue this evening July 29th, 2026. NOSHOW again. I am still waiting for the installation issues to be corrected. This company was not the lowest-priced option, but I chose them based on their reputation and positive reviews. My experience did not match the level of workmanship and follow-up I was expecting. Bottomline- STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN!

  We are sorry to hear you feel you had a poor experience with our company. There has been miscommunication/misunderstanding. This problem you were having wasn’t an error on our end and we thought we had explained that to you. After we installed the eavestrough and fascia you hired us for, you noticed leaking behind your fascia. You called us to advise, we came out to inspect the problem and noticed that whoever installed your roof (not done by us) did a poor install. We would have liked to install a drip edge for free as you said, but saw that it wouldn’t solve the problem and explained this to you. Your problem was because the roof sheathing was sagging and collecting water and leaking behind the shingles, which then ran behind the fascia. We did agree to charge you to rectify the problem the original roofing company made but did mention that it would be tough to squeeze it in as we were very busy and it would have to be on a weekend but we had no certainty on when this could happen. We wish we could have completed this for you sooner but we had other customers we had made commitments to already.

  Okay, update here. On my Winnipeg roofer Inc. Review Marty, the owner contacted me personally and has made everything right . He explained to me how they were very busy and as a customer I can understand and appreciate that, with that being said, Marty has since fixed the problem and I am also happy to report that we have another business deal together as Winnipeg roofers Inc. Will be replacing all my downspouts and Eaves . Marty is very easy to deal with and aims to please good business. Give them a try!

  Had to get a couple roof vents installed in my garage. They took care of this quick and painless. Work looks great! Even though it was a small job they made me feel like I was a priority. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roofing company.

  The kindness and professionalism of the employee was above and beyond!!. The worker was courteous and helpful and went out of his way ! It was an emergency , shingle feel off the house during a windstorm. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

  Great company to work with! Marty diagnosed and fixed our issue the same day. He did not try to upsell us on anything, very transparent with what work needed to be done. Overall great experience, quick response and honest work. Would recommend to anyone looking for help with their roof.

  Marty was amazing to work with. He took the time to explain the whole process, start to finish. Even came back to answer more questions when we had concerns a few days later. The crew was on time and they did a fantastic job on our new roof. They were in and out within a day and left the place nice and tidy. 11/10 would recommend. My favourite roofer!! :)

  Marty and his team did an awesome job on the roof at my Dad’s lake! They got back to him quickly with a quote, they offered the best pricing, and the lead time was accurate from when they said the job would be completed. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone needing roof work, thanks again Marty!

  I was very happy with the eave troughing install, the price was okay, the men did the work in a timely fashion and explained what they had to do and the company did the work in the winter, now that it's spring they want to come by and check the yard to clean up if anything was left behind, great customer service, thank you very much.

  Had an active ceiling leak during the snow melt and called Winnipeg Roofers Inc. Marty came out quickly, cleared the snow and ice, and stopped the leak right away. Fast, professional, and effective. Highly recommend.

Are you smelling sewer gas in your home in the winter? It could be that your plumbing ventilation pipe on your roof is plugged with ice. You can pour hot water down it or chip the ice out with something that can’t end up falling down the pipe! Mar 1, 2026
