  I had hired them to install new eavestrough and downpipes. They came, started the job, and suddenly just left without communicating. They took my old down pipe down (which was better than nothing) and scrapped it. I waited two days to get an update from them and received nothing. So, I got a hold of them. We made arrangements, but then they just didn’t answer again.

  Hi Robbyn, Michael did send it right away, and we were able to find it in on our server logs. However, email can be inconsistent sometimes and sometimes things are marked as spam! We have tried to resend it to you through another email. Please let us know if you've received it!

  I recently had my roof done by this company and now that it’s done I can honestly say I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. At first glance once my roof was done I was happy with the work, once I started to look around more I quickly realized it was not great. I found over 180 nails on my lawn and driveway as well as popped two tires on my lawn mower because of the nail. I spent over 12 hours of my weekend searching my yard to make it safe to walk in. Once I reached out to tell the company, the only thing they could offer me was $675 off my original quote of over $11,000. When I talked to the owner he said that he didn’t want to leave a bad taste in my mouth and was willing to take off that money. After all is said and done I have an extremely sour taste in my mouth and will never recommend this company to anyone I know

  Scheduled and waited 2 weeks for an estimate only to be told the day of that they don't do stone on chimneys. Don't waste your time

If a customer is looking for something that we don't typically do or is best done by an alternate trade, we try to catch these things early but occasionally we can miss it until the day of. We had thought you wanted a siding quote! We don't intend to waste anyone's time and want to be upfront if we are asked to quote on something that we can recommend a more specific trade partner for. I know we passed on some information for a company that should be able to help you out a little better than we can for your specific needs which we believe will provide a better end result for you guys.   Hi Vinith, We take this very seriously and have followed up internally. Though it is the busy season, we do have estimators who's sole job is to provide quotes; so there really is no excuse.   Shingles look great. However, they came to early in the season there was still snow on the ground and even up until now I have been finding nails and scraps of shingles littered around my house. I have a dog and this poses a big safety concern for him as well as anyone else walking around the property. Alongside this, I just started cleaning my eaves and am finding nailed and chunks of shingle located in there as well. I found this all to be pretty unprofessional for the price we paid with which we expected a good cleanup with.

  I had a appointment for a roof estimate Friday at 930. I had taken the morning off work for this estimate. The person who was supposed to come by was no show no call or text nothing indicating they weren’t coming by. I gave them 2 full business days to call and say they missed it ect nothing. I have heard many good things about this company. I it sucks to have this experience.

  Hi Marshall, We had you booked on our company calendar for April 27th not the 21st. This is why we didn't call you; we didn't realize we had missed the time. This is also why you received a confirmation the day before the 27th for our appointment the next day. When scheduling on the phone we always try to confirm the data and time a minimum of two times to avoid this type of error. To further avoid this, we are looking at our internal scheduling calendar, with the date and time in front of us while confirming the time. We must of verbally said the wrong date while talking to you; perhaps it was a combination of how busy we were scheduling and the similarity between "21" and "27". This type of error is truly an uncommon occurrence. We're all bothered and disappointed we missed the opportunity to work with you. We will review our systems to further ensure avoiding even these rare types of errors. Hopefully, the positive things you hear about us may provide another chance to work together in the future.

  We spent over $7000 on shingles a couple of years ago. We just recently had a siding issue with a J -channel above our living room window. Shane Uzelmann from the company refused to come and look at the issue and give us a free quote to fix this issue. He wanted to charge us $450 just to show up. What ever happened to free quotes? I would not recommend this company after this interaction.

  We provide free onsite estimates for replacement/installation services. Repairs, and small on-site service calls have a minimum fee to provide you and all our customers a fast resolution: we send teams who will actually fix the problem, not a sales person. This fee often covers the cost of the repair and is not an extra fee added to the repair however, if the service team identifies work beyond the minimum charge our team will provide a quote to remedy the issue. Our policies are in place to provide quick and fast solutions when customers need it.

  The Above All team arrived at my property and the “team leader” came to my door and spoke to me letting me know they’d arrived, that they were replacing my garage roof shingles, afterwards they would clean up my yard and my adjacent neighbour’s. They laid a large tarp across my backyard to protect it from debris, which I really appreciated. The team worked diligently until the project was completed. They did an amazing job from start to finish. I’d recommend Above All to anyone needing exterior home repair work.

  They have repaired our roof twice now, and we are happy with the results! A leak was fixed the first time.. then had some replaced some shingles the next time. Was done fast and with not much hassle. Everyone I have dealt with from the company has been courteous & respectful.
