Updated in 2025: After 2 springs (our installation was in 2023 spring and now summer 2025), our eaves started to leak here and there in rain. We hired Pristine to fix leaks and now jut after 2 years, we have leaking eaves again. I can't believe this poor installation quality provided by such a reputable company. We really should've gone with AboveAll instead. My husband addressed issues to the company by email but nobody reached out to us. We also noticed leaf gurds that we paid for weren't installed on the west side of the second floor. It doesn’t make sense - why did they skip installing leaf gurd on one section? What's the point of having leaf gurds if they dont cover the entire perimeter of the house? Didn't we pay fir this portion? No quality control? AGAIN, NOBODY CAME BACK TO FIX THE ISSUE. No warranty, no quality control - one star. I have to say that our whole experience with Pristine wasn't what we expected. Their work took 4-5 days longer than what they told us would take, and the crew made a mess everywhere in our front and back yards. I also found their quote misleading. Their quote clearly states "Any Required Replacement for rotted and/or damaged wood is $5.00 per linear or square foot," but we were charged $20/ft for rotted rafter replacement. I understand it cost them more labour but then, they should change the statement on their quote. The final product was fine and functioned well in a heavy-ish Winnipeg rain. That's why I'm giving them 2 stars.

We hired Pristine to install new eaves troughes and downspouts on our older home. Dispite being our highest quote, I liked the care taken to plan a better layout for our downspouts so decided to pay more with the hope to get the better end result. We knew some fascia would need replacing and the quote noted a $5/ft cost for replacing wood, so we budgeted accordingly. Unfortunately, things did not go as hoped. When we were called to schedule installation, we were told it would take a day. It ended up taking a week. The crew left nails, pieces of old eaves, and other bits all over the lawn and roof. They also installed cladding when I had requested none. With the fascia replacement there was also need to replace some rafter ends, the cost of which jumped to $20/ft despite the quoted price. While we eventually got the cladding removed without cost, the use of a different rate for the rafter ends added $1000 to the job. That coupled with the mess left, the need to get unrequested work removed, and the extended time to get the job done was really disappointing. I'll give a star as the eaves themselves seem to be good quality and so far installation seems good but I will not be a returning customer. Update: Second year and eave corners are starting to leak. It seems that the work to repair the rafter ends was poorly done.

driver of company truck almost ran me over while turning right on a red light without looking. he would've hit me if his passenger didn't scream for him to stop. then 4 teenagers stuck their heads out of the back windows, yelled "sorry" as they sped off. didn't even stop to ask if i was alright. tried calling to complain and was never called back, nor was my call even answered in the first place. reckless driving and immature workers- and thats before even starting a physical job. i wouldn't put my trust in these people. very disappointing.

Pristine Roofing has no regard or respect for properties they are not working for. My neighbour use them for a job and they destroyed my yard. They did not even ask for my permission to set up their ladders and equipment. My lawn was badly damaged and they left hazardous nails and sharp pieces of metal all over my yard. We had to clean it up ourselves as we have small children and pets who use the yard.

Terrible communication and unable to get a quote for a slightly more difficult job. These guys came to my house to provide me with an estimate for a job but didn't gather all the information they needed. They said they would have to come back a different day to take another look. After weeks of following up with them all I heard was radio silence. Was able to get quotes from other companies with no issues. Would not recommend. My estimator was Rick.

Company has no regard for public safety -- including branded vehicle parked illegally blocking public sidewalk, forcing wheelchair users to navigate the street to pass. If Pristine Roofing & Siding is this reckless and inconsiderate in your neighbourhood, should you really trust them with your safety at home? Their priority is their own convenience, not anyone's safety.

    Reply from the business

Hi Dwayne, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take public safety seriously and always try to be mindful of our impact on the community. Sometimes our team needs to temporarily fit large equipment into smaller driveways to provide the best service possible for homeowners. We’ll continue to review our processes to make sure we balance efficiency with safety and accessibility for everyone. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

This company trespassed on my property, trampled my garden and left garbage, clothing and sharp pieces of facia laying around, which my 3 year old found and cut himself on. Zero respect for the neighbors or their property.

Pristine's staff are always professional, respectful and friendly and they know their stuff. I've used them for roofing my house and garage and most recently, for upgrades to my eavestroughs, downspouts and for the installation of leaf guards. Once they were done, all that was left was the new work.

Had some shingles ripped off my house over night in a windstorm. Saw them the next day and by evening they repaired the damage. Was very happy as a rain storm was on its way and my roof was repaired. The owner came by a few days later and gave me an estimate on a new roof to be done at a later date. Numbers look great and again very pleased! Thank you Pristine Roofing and Siding! Just had my roof shingles replaced and a new washroom exhaust fan installed. Was done in one day. They cleaned up everything after the work was completed. Again very pleased. Thank you!
