Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk staff. I’m a general contractor assisting a client with a home improvement project and was reaching out to find a credible roofing company to refer. What I got instead was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had in this industry. I spoke with someone named Ryan, who bluntly told me “not interested” when I asked about a roofing job—offering no explanation whatsoever. When I pressed further to understand why they wouldn’t take on a legitimate roofing project, he hung up the phone on me. If this is how they treat professional inquiries, you really have to wonder how they treat actual customers. Advertising as a roofing company and then refusing legitimate business—while being rude and dismissive in the process—is completely unacceptable. Unprofessional. Disrespectful. Avoid. Response to Owner: I’m truly astonished by the conduct of this company and even more troubled by the false claims made in your response. To clarify: • Only one call was initially made, during which I of course inquired about referral incentives—a standard and professional question that I ask with many other sub-trades I work with regularly. • After being hung up on without warning, I made a second call out of genuine disbelief that someone representing your company would conduct themselves in such an unprofessional manner. There was no aggressive tone or behavior on my part—just a simple attempt to clarify why a legitimate roofing inquiry was being dismissed. Safe to say, we will not be referring any business and I would strongly encourage “real” customers to look elsewhere—preferably to companies that understand professionalism.

No you are spam calling us asking us to pay for referrals and when I say we are not interested you won't take that as an answer, I also asked what solar company you are with and you won't say, I asked if you needed work done you said no. So no we are not interested in paying you for referrals we get enough work through real customers that are happy with our work and experience provided. If you were an actual customer it would be a different story but your not so good luck on you're journey trying to force companies to pay you for referrals and if they don't leaving bad reviews!

Had our roof replaced. Ryan was great to deal with. I had a number of questions about products, warranty, upgrades, etc. and he was always prompt and detailed in his answers. I felt I made a good, informed decision after getting 3 quotes. The job was done quickly and efficiently and the crew was friendly and clean up was great. Had a couple of questions after the job was done, and again, Ryan did not hesitate to communicate and provide clarity. Highly recommend.

I hired Cover Tight Roofing to do my garage roof last year and my Mum's garage roof this year. Both times I was impressed with their work and professionalism. I appreciate that the estimates are detailed and included pictures in the estimate. I also liked that they included pictures of the roof decking that was replaced in the invoice. Ryan took the time to speak with my mum during the estimate to answer her questions and made her feel comfortable that you were the right team to do the job. Thank you. I highly recommend Cover Tight Roofing and would hire them again.

Ryan and his crew are awesome! Super professional, friendly, and efficient. They took care of my property, respect the neighborhood, and always kept me in the loop. Ryan really cares about his clients—nothing like the negative reviews say—and he’s a hardworking local entrepreneur giving young people working opportunities. Highly recommend!
