Windy City Flat Roof

The only one or two-star review we hold for Windy City Flat Roof.

I strongly advise against hiring Windy City Flat Roof Inc. Despite signing a contract with Ricky for a high-quality materials, they substituted them with inferior, low-cost products that were never agreed upon. This was a clear breach of contract and a blatant attempt to cut corners at my expense. After receiving payment, their communication became virtually nonexistent. My calls and emails were repeatedly ignored, and when I finally reached someone, I was met with excuses and refusal to take responsibility for their actions. Me , Ricky & his previous partner Shawn had a verbal and written agreement upon paying me back but never heard back from him after his previous partner left him due to his con-artist attitude. To make matters worse, the poor-quality materials they installed are already showing signs of premature wear, meaning I will now have to pay another contractor to fix their substandard work. This company has demonstrated dishonesty, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer satisfaction. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a reputable roofing company that stands by their commitments and values integrity.

Living in Chicago, your roof definitely takes a beating between the snow, ice, and summer storms. I wanted everything looked over before winter comes back around. The inspection was very thorough and I never felt pressured into unnecessary work.

Windy City was great. They did a temporary repair after storm damage to hold over until weather allowed for a reroof. When we got a stretch of clear weather they were on time, efficient and the new roof looks great. It was a big job having …

I wasn’t sure if I needed a repair or a whole new roof. They walked me through everything without making me feel pressured. Ended up only needing repairs and they saved me a lot of money.

You hear horror stories about contractors not showing up or changing prices halfway through. That wasn’t my experience at all. Everything happened exactly the way it was explained from day one.

I honestly called just expecting an estimate, but they took the time to answer all of my questions while they were there. Never felt rushed or pressured.

Chicago Flat Roof Leaks After Heavy Rain? Recent Chicago rain can expose problems that may have gone unnoticed during dry weather. Ponding water, deteriorated flashing, failed seams, clogged drainage areas, and aging modified bitumen roofing can all lead to leaks inside the building. Windy City Flat Roof Inc. provides professional flat roof inspections, roof repairs, and complete roof replacements throughout Chicago. We work with modified bitumen, TPO, and other residential and commercial flat roofing systems. If you’ve noticed a new ceiling stain, active leak, bubbling roofing material, or standing water after the recent rain, having the roof inspected early can help prevent additional damage.
