Anchor Point Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Anchor Point Roofing.

I didn’t like that they charged $250 to look at our roof which was leaking for a quote, even though I had a referral. In the end they were BY FAR the most expensive, and their only solution was: replace the whole roof. We learned from other companies — who gave us a free quote — that lots of our roof is actually just fine and we have a range of options. But even the full replacement prices were significantly lower. :(

Anchor Point did a fantastic job on our roof. Their inspection was thorough, and they took the time to walk us through our options, including estimates for both repair and replacement, so we could make an informed decision. They worked with us to get the roof replacement done quickly, which was important given the risk of further water intrusion to our home. Special thanks to Project Manager, Ever, for making sure the work was completed with quality and integrity from start to finish. I highly recommend Anchor Point Roofing, thank you!

Quick, clean and professional. Roof had extensive damage and was completely replaced in 1 day! Priced thousands below other quotes we received. Couldn't even tell they had been here the clean up was so good. Sent aerial views as job progressed. Highly recommended.

From the start, I had a very positive experience with Anchor Point Roofing. Jim was a very clear communicator, up front about timing and his team took the time to provide a detailed explanation of the issues (including photos) and the fixes. I trusted the team throughout the process and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future roofing needs.

I have utilized Anchor twice for two different homes and it’s one of the very few contractors that I have been totally pleased with their work and the service. Exceptional company!

Great experience - competent people who did not try to sell me a new roof, even though mine is 20 years old. Repairs made at what I thought was a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Roof Repair for Leaks Around Roof Penetrations Noticing a leak around a roof penetration? Roof penetrations such as plumbing vents, HVAC equipment, and other rooftop components are common areas for water intrusion when flashing, seams, or sealants deteriorate. At Anchor Point Roofing, we ensure roof penetrations are properly flashed and watertight around the base. For roof repair, we can install new modified bitumen around the base of the penetration and seal the repaired area with Lucas 6000 to help prevent water from getting underneath the roofing system. If you’re dealing with a roof leak around a penetration in Chicago, Anchor Point Roofing can inspect the area and recommend the appropriate repair.6 days ago
