  This company has been giving me the runaround since April 25 th they’ve not return any of my calls , they have received a check from my Insurance company and no answers my roof is leaking bad the installed a small 6x 6 piece of tarp that’s hanging off my roof. This is the Worst company I’ve ever dealt with don’t Do it please ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

  Called Paul about a week or two ago he came out and looked at the work I was looking to get done from the moment me and the wife met him he was talking over us and interrupting when we talked now I know they are the “ pros” but doesn’t that also include customer service I’m just trying to give information and immediately starts talking over you so fine put that aside and told him we would like him to do the work fix a dormer and a small flat roof. So he gets back to us with a quote I then spoke to him on 06/21/21 told him we will go ahead with the work also notified him that the tarp that was put on last fall looked like it was starting to fail and that there is rain in the forecast he told Lewis don’t worry the weatherman is always wrong you know how much money he had lost cause of them so I said well can you look at it anyway when you come out he said. He was supposed to stop by on 06/24/21 to sign contract and check out tarp well no show no call and what happens overnight into Friday morning rain and my attic leaked pretty bad. So I call him at 8am no answer then I call office # and it’s an answering service not an actual office. He gets back to me and right away talking over me tells me he is on south side and he will get out this way around 1 pm so he shows up I go outside to show him the tarp I bought and to explain where it’s leaking and again cuts me off and tells me what’s up and no apology for the no show then I say well if you would have been here yesterday you would have check the tarp and seen it was failing and he says are you blaming me for the leak I sad know but you could have help prevent it then he says he doesn’t believe it just started to leak he says it’s been like this for months probably so called me a liar pretty much. It’s not relevant when it started what is relevant is that he did not show like he said he would and I had to track him down and he called me a liar.   100%, I recommend Midwest Roofing. Paul doesn't just make promises, he delivers a good experience with a roof replacement. We had storm damage in Mundelein and Paul took care of everything from A to Z. First, the insurance company sent their adjuster out. Paul was there professionally acting on my behalf. The insurance company agreed to let Midwest Roofing replace our entire roof, gutters and downspouts along with some window wraps. In my experience, Paul does the right thing. When choosing a property restoration specialist, remember it's hard to get the right results with the wrong people. Paul and his team, are good people.

  Midwest Roofing did an excellent job on our soffit/fascia replacement. They completed the entire job in a day in a half & were clean & efficient. I would definitely recommend them to family & friends.

  I thought I might have a roof issue, recent high winds and a seemingly sudden onset problem. I reached out Tuesday, he came Wednesday. He was able to take a quick inspection and point me toward an HVAC issue. Communicated well, he is direct and I read that to be honest, but more importantly he was correct that it was an hvac issue. Lots of disaster-chasing companies around right now, glad i made the call.
