I didn't have any actual work done by Conrad roofing but I did contact them for a quote. They said they would be happy to come out for a fee and would get back to me about the amount of the fee. (why this was unknown at their company seemed strange) After over a week, I got a call back letting me know that the cost of getting an estimate would be $445. I can maybe understand a small cursory fee but that seemed 100% unreasonable.

Hi Steve, sorry if there was any confusion but we always give free quotes. If you are still in need of any services we would be happy to come out and provide you a free quote.

I know they do good work...but they don't seem to want it as no one ever contacted me after making numerous calls.

We’re very happy with our experience using Conrad Roofing to replace our flat roof! We had leaking in one of our rooms and worked with Matt to have it quickly inspected and replaced to prevent further damage. I also really appreciate how honest the inspector was. He inspected our entire roof but never pressured us or made us believe we had to replace more than necessary to fix the issue. I’ve worked in the insurance industry for 20 years and have met very dishonest roofers who pressure homeowners to file unnecessary claims but this is clearly not who Conrad Roofing is. Highly recommend!

Conrad Roofing made and installed a beautiful handmade copper skylight for me. First they framed in a new plumb and level curb. Then the custom bent perfect fitting copper flashing into a small flat roof area to prepare the skylight surface. What artists! Thank you so much.

Robert, thank you for your feedback and most of all posting the photos. I remember when your job came in and when they were finishing the fabrication of the skylight I marveled at the teams craftsmanship. The job turned out beautiful, we appreciate your trust in Conrad!

Wade and his company are consummate professionals. Wade followed through on his promises, called when he said he would, arrived on time, provided a very competitive quote and worked hard to earn our business. I highly recommend Wade and Conrad Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof. Conrad Roofing does an excellent job at a very fair and competitive price.

I reached out to Conrad Roofing to check out our roof and gutter. I spoke with Adam, who scheduled a (free!) consultation within days. He took fantastic drone shots so that we could see great angles/views of the roof and gave a reasonable quote for the gutter. Conrad Roofing will be my go-to for roofing/gutter needs.

  Reply from the business

Thank you so much, Brenda! We’re happy Adam could help with your gutter repair in Highland Park. We look forward to help with any future roofing services!
