  We had a repair for an active leak on our front roof and a preventative for water that was pooling on a section of our back roof. Never had issues with front roof since they repaired it but the preventative work was definitely below par. I have now, in less than a year called them twice to take accountability for this. The first time they gaslighted us and said it was not their fault. With the rains in the last 2 weeks, and after painting our ceiling for the first water damage they would not own (AND again, never having this issue before in our house) here we are again….please do right by the customer this time! My hope is I can update this review and hope they can make it right - their warranty is 5 years for a reason— this should not be happening for preventative repairs and in less than 1 year from being worked on…

  Don't get scammed! I hired them for a small patch repair for a small leak , after couple of times keeping to at home and rescheduling they finally showed up "while raining" look at the roof and told me they can not fix it because it is wet and they will re-schedule. Instead of coming back they send me a quote for 3000$ repair quote for a crack and never got back to do minor repair. They will ask you to send money before the work don't trust them like I did , DONT SEND THEM MONEY before they do any work you, Or choose someone else

Our team was not hired to perform repairs—we were contracted solely for a roof inspection, which was completed in the middle of winter under challenging conditions, including snow and ice. Two of our technicians used a 40' ladder to safely access your roof, and we charged a standard $149.00 inspection fee for this service. Following the inspection, we provided a detailed written estimate outlining recommended repairs. It appears there was a misunderstanding, as the $149.00 inspection fee does not include any repair work. We do our best to communicate this clearly to all clients prior to service. We understand your frustration and regret that our process did not meet your expectations. We never ask for payment in advance for any repair work unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, and we certainly never intend to mislead or disappoint anyone.   Never confirmed my appointment and then rescheduled it without confirming it. Then didn’t show to the appointment and never said why. The sales/reception team are incredibly unprofessional and do not care about how they treat potential customers. It’s also never their fault. Been waiting weeks for them to see my house such a disservice and disappointment to this industry.

  This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. 3 Guys showed up with individual cars. they came to patch up a roof and literally used a blower to blow all the debris off the roof. The debris is all over my home and the neighbor’s home. One of bolts that throw off the roof actually cracked one of the neighbor’s countertops.

  Based on positive reviews I hired this company to repair some gutters and a downspout a few months back. The scope of work supposedly came with a one-year guarantee of the scope of work. A few months later the gutters are already coming off again. When I contacted Roofing By Hernandez to request they come out again - for the supposed warranty - I never heard back. Left many voicemails over the course of 3 weeks. Finally had to hire another company to actually fix the gutters. Based on my experience I couldn’t in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.

  Hi we have searched our database and couldn’t retrieve your information. But we have found another person with the same last name. We contacted this individual to verify if it was under the same household. Roseanne Gross. In which she stated it was a match. We did a repair job for the home for varies areas to gutters , soffit, fascia and downspouts. There was not a contract for replacement . The homeowner contacted us about the second issue but unfortunately somehow that email went to spam. She clarified that the downspout wasn’t because of a fault with us. It was detached due to high wind. We never received a call to the office directly. Which our number is not only listed on Google, our web page, and your original contract, invoices etc.. I understand that it was a mistake with our email server that we did not get in contact with you sooner. But there are many other ways of communicating. We understand you had frustrations but the second situation was not of our negligence or a warranty issue where our service was not done correctly. The homeowner was very satisfied with our work. She was however not happy that she didn’t get in contact with us for the second time. For both parties there could of been better attempts. For our staff we will ask them to check spam boxes more frequently. We have no problem with our clients contacting reps directly but at times they could be out of the office, on vacation, sick, or really occupied. We hope that in the future we can have better communication with our clients.

  We have used Roofing by Hernandez for two separate projects over the last few years and they have done fantastic work for us. Communication is very good through quoting, scheduling and completion of the work. Quote was very detailed with all insurance documentation provided up front, price was competitive and the work was executed as expected. They are very honest with their feedback and assessments.   I had a very positive experience with Roofing by Hernandez. They did what they said at a good price. I had repairs done but when I need a full roof, which will be in the near future.   Nice crew to work with. They weren't alarmists and predicted the location of the tear in the roof membrane under the deck and quickly resolved it. Will go back to them for future jobs.

  I did a lot of research and had 6 companies come out and provide an estimate for my flat roof active leak project. Roofing by Hernandez took a little long to come back with a contract estimate, (truthfully, I didn't chase them down) but I was very happy when we were able to connect. 5 other roofers scratched their heads at providing a solution, but Eduardo at RBH knew exactly what to do and did not shy away from the work. My anxiety level was eased with his patience at answering all my questions clearly and professionally. I have to add that all their office staff is EXCELLENT as well. Josephine was very helpful in scheduling my project and getting billing processed accurately. I would not hesitate to use them again!!! Thanks so much for the peace of mind!!!

  Highly recommend Roofing By Hernandez! Our HOA got a few estimates for some tuckpointing work that needed to be done on the building -- Roofing By Hernandez stood out with their professionalism and I'm so thrilled we went with them. Edgar and his team were kind, reliable, and extremely considerate of our neighbor's lawn while completing the work. The tuckpointing looks great and they completed the job so fast. I also appreciate the open communication from Monika and Josephine in the office!
