  Roof repairs look fine I suppose. My issue is with how the manager handled things. He claimed his crew would be finished at 7:30 pm, which is bedtime for our kid. Manager left at 6 pm, I assume to go eat dinner with his family. He left his workers here to finish, and they were not done until 9 pm. They were not given the “luxury” of eating dinner with their families. Probably because they’re paid by the job and not hourly. They also left several nails in our driveway which we emptied for them to use. We probably had nails in our driveway because he forced his crew to work in darkness, with poor headlamp equipment. He also put up an advertising sign in our yard without considering whether or not I’d like to advertise his business. He did return at 4:30 the following day to make a “cleaning pass” but not until after we had returned our vehicles to our nail-covered driveway. Do better. Treat your work crews better.

When my crew and I schedule and start a project, it is always our intention to finish on time as promised. We over-focused on getting the job done in our attempt to not to have it drag into the next day. We try not to ever frustrate a customer in any way.   I had a great experience with this Wilson & Sons Roofing company! The team was professional, reliable, and did an excellent job from start to finish. They showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the project, and paid close attention to detail. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and they left everything clean when the job was finished. I highly recommend their roofing services to anyone looking for honest, dependable, and high-quality work. Great company and great service! Five Stars!!!

  We had a great experience with Wilson & Sons! We had a new roof put on our house and I was really impressed with their communications. They were quick to reply to emails and kept me updated on the progress during the job. Even the guy who dropped off the materials the day before the job was really friendly! A few hours into the job, I got an email that there had been some accidental damage to one of our gutters, and that they had already arranged for their gutter contractor to come out to replace it. They included a photo of the damage. I really appreciated the transparency and proactivity that that showed! I would not hesitate to hire them again!

  This is hands down a top notch business and by far the best we’ve ever encountered for home repair and just in general. They’re total pros and kept us in the loop during the process. The price was reasonable and fair and the roof looks amazing! But first and foremost they’re honest and up front about the work to be done. So thanks so much guys and we will spread the word to those in search of a great company for this kind of work and you’ll be our first choice for our home needs from here on out.

  Several things to review, first, Corey Wilson communicates well, provides expectations and follows through, we knew costs, things that may occur, and plans when work would start and end, including material delivery, no subsequent damage to home, repairs were made, roof installed, his supervisor Jose kept his team focused, job was completed in one day, follow up cleaning was completed next day. Highly recommend, established family business.
