To clarify, we installed your roof in July 2021, and we understand your concern about the gutter issues that arose afterward. When you first reached out in April 2023, we promptly sent our technician to inspect and photograph your gutters. During this inspection, our technician found that your existing gutters, which are over 18 years old, were not damaged by our roofing work. Instead, they exhibited age-related issues, such as loose fasteners and potential fascia rot, which likely contributed to the problems you’ve described. Additionally, the spacing of the gutter brackets exceeded recommended distances, leading to improper pitch and water flow issues. We also want to emphasize that when we installed your new roof, we included the installation of drip edge, which is not required by code. The drip edge is installed under the first course of shingles and over the gutters to help prevent water from flowing behind the gutters. This installation was done to provide extra protection, even though it wasn’t a code requirement. Our technician conducted a second thorough inspection in June 2024, again documenting the situation and providing you with a detailed explanation via email. While some debris may result from roof replacement, it is important to note that older gutters, especially those with improper pitch and support, can accumulate debris over time. Our goal has always been to provide a solution that addresses your needs, which is why we offered a heavily discounted full-replacement gutter proposal.   My roof leaks every time there is a storm. They’ve denied the warranty I paid for and will not fix it. Stay away from this company’s unethical ways and work with an honest company, not one that threatens customers and treats them horribly for their faulty work.

  We take all feedback seriously and value transparency with our customers. However, we would like to clarify the facts regarding this situation. First, we have no record of any customer named “Danielle B.,” and the review was posted from a newly created account that does not correspond to any verified project in our system. In February 2022, The Shingle Master completed a roof replacement at the home associated with this matter. After the installation, multiple modifications were made by third-party contractors, including improperly installed rain diverters, altered flashing, incompatible spray foam insulation, and relocation of a pipe boot — all of which compromised the integrity of the original roofing system we installed. When a leak was reported in February 2025, we recommended an independent third-party inspection by American Leak Detection. We communicated that if the leak were found to be caused by our workmanship, we would reimburse the inspection cost. American Leak Detection’s report confirmed that no active leaks were found from our installation and identified other contributing factors unrelated to our work. Our own inspection confirmed these findings. After this review appeared under the name “Danielle B.,” we reached out privately through legal counsel requesting its removal. The customer denied posting the review, yet in her written response, she confirmed specific facts discussed only with her, further establishing her connection to the review. She then defended the right to leave such reviews, despite using a false name. It is important to note that the individual involved owns and operates a digital marketing company and is fully aware of the potential harm caused by false and misleading online reviews. Rather than working toward a resolution, she escalated the situation by levying additional threats. At no point did The Shingle Master deny a valid warranty claim.   I recently had The Shingle Master replace my gutters and some damaged facia boards. The design of my house created some challenges, and I was pleased with the way they addressed those challenges and some concerns I had during the installation. Grayson was my original contact person and we worked out the estimate and scope of work. His follow up to all my questions was both excellent and very timely. He assigned Angel as the project manager to my job and he was also very organized and followed up on every thing I asked for. I had one concern after the job was completed, Angel came out looked at it, agreed with me, and that week it was resolved to my total satisfaction. I am pleased to give The Shingle Master and its representatives a well deserved and earned 5 Star rating.

  My #1 rule of home ownership is that I do not go on the roof. My wife and I are preparing to sell our house and wanted to get the roof checked out first. Our realtor recommended The Shingle Master, and we were thrilled with their service. I am excited to have someone to call for all my roof repair needs going forward!

  I would like to take a moment to thank you for sending Nicholas Warner to my home yesterday. Nicholas did an excellent job inspecting a room where I had experienced some leakage. He returned promptly and made the necessary repairs, including securing the nails and applying silicone to ensure everything was properly sealed. I feel much safer and more confident knowing the work was done so thoroughly. He explained everything extremely well, answered my questions clearly, and demonstrated a high level of knowledge and professionalism. On top of that, he was very friendly and reassuring, which made the entire experience even better. Based on the quality of work Nicholas provided, I would highly recommend Shingle Master.   Overall the entire team was great to work with. They quick on coming over for an estimate, was honest with what repairs would prolong needing a new roof and they're prices are beyond reasonable. Highly recommend A++ Editing review to add: Nick reached out to us, unprompted, to come back and ensure the repairs they did almost 9 months ago were still intact. He stayed and chatted with me for a bit to explain that when we need a new roof (it's inevitable since we're approaching year 20) what the options would be and how their process works. We have had misc upgrades, repairs, etc over the past 8 years and this team has blown all contractors out of the water. It's refreshing to find a company these days that values their customers and stands behind their work. Still A+++!!!
