  I have not used this company as a service, however, I was riding my bike and a roofwerks truck nearly clipped/grazed me and honked on their horn a bunch of times. This is a day or two after 2 cyclist were badly injured by aggressive drivers in Durham. If that’s indicative to the quality of the character of people work here I do not recommend.

  Avoid this company. They supposedly replaced a portion of my roof 3 yrs ago. The workers sent here did a terrible job and I made the owner of the company come see what his men had done to my roof. He tried to insist that the damaged portion of the roof had been that way before. Want to guess what part of my roof leaked in this weekend's heavy rains? The part they supposedly replaced. They are awful. Avoid them.

  Ms. Koury- I am sorry that you had a bad experience. You had been a repeat customer after we troubleshooted a persistent chimney leak as a referral from a mutual friend. (The original builder never installed a crown on the chimney) I acknowledge that you had concerns upon completion of the third repair to your home. I personally came out to investigate your concerns. However, the area of your concerns were not even in the areas that we performed the recommended repairs. We replaced two sections of membrane roofing to the sides of your front dormer. The "damaged" section of the roof as you describe is well above the areas that we addressed and simply untidy plywood from original construction when the builder installed the dormer over the existing structure. There would have been absolutely no reason for us to make any structural changes to your home. I am sorry that you are dissatisfied, but our company did not cause any damage to your roof. I would be happy to share photos documenting all the work performed at your home or you can call me to discuss at 919-852-2660.

  Roofwerks lost future business with us after repairing a small. roof leak. The repair seems ok, but we asked them to quote repairs to our gutters and planned to use them to replace an outbuilding roof. We've still waiting to receive the quote after considerable time has passed. So, we hired a different company to repair the gutter and re-roof the outbuilding. Simply put, there are many good and more timely roofing companies out there to keep Roofwerks on our vendor list.

  I've been using Roofwerks on and off for years. Unfortunately the last time they came they charged me over $300 dollars just to come out and basically give me an initial quote. Apparently now there is an additional cost attached to them …

  Roofwerks laid our roof 10/18. They say it’s no longer under warranty and that the roof is in perfect shape. Meanwhile, I have 4 buckets in my kitchen catching water. The insurance adjuster just confirmed that the leak is indeed from an improper roof job. Do not recommend.

  They did an amazing job! So quick, easy to work with and kind! The workers cleaned up everything and the person we booked with even brought us a cute little basket of NC goodies after! Amazing price for what we thought would be much more! 10/10 recommend

  Roofwerks was amazing to work with! Our project manager, Fred, was always so responsive throughout the entire process. We had our roof and gutters replaced, and his team went above and beyond to make sure we got something that made sense for our house. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new roof!

  Found out about Roofwerks by word of mouth. Willam Honeycutt initially looked at our roof and explained the process. We stayed in contact, decided on shingle type and color and set a date for installation. The crew did a great job William came by and checked on progress and returned next day to follow up. We are pleased with the new roof.

  Fred was an awesome PM. I really appreciated his overall communication throughout the process. He was onsite full time guaranteeing a quality install and sent me photos throughout the day, which gave me peace of mind that I didn’t need to take off work or supervise myself. I solicited 5 quotes and was reassured by performance that I had made the right choice. I would recommend Roofwerks without hesitation.

  It rained hard last night, and my new roof and skylight windows from roofwerks kept me dry! A big thanks goes to supervisor Nat who has amazing integrity, keeping his word, honoring the numbers, which by the way, were more affordable than other area roofers. The process went exactly as he described. Nat gave me a heads up that things inside a home may ‘rattle and roll’ during the old roof removal, so I was able ahead of time to take down my precious glass collectibles and therefore I can happily say absolutely nothing was broken. The new roof was completed in one day, and the roofers beautifully cleaned up the whole yard. Nat then came back, explained what boards were replaced. He was easy to talk to, I felt comfortable asking my questions. I highly recommend roofwerks, but make sure you get Nat!
