  Not a good company They were very late in scheduling the repair and I had to call many time to get a date scheduled The flashing in the house was installed incorrectly It was unacceptable I am still waiting on getting scheduled for the repairs to the house they did after they installed the flashing incorrectly

  Began LOUD work at 7am on a Saturday at a house next door after doing the same on Friday and using my lawn as storage for their tools (which they corrected for a 2nd star). Maybe legal. Extremely uncool.

  Called for a roof leak and was sent a sales rep instead of someone that could look at the leak. He showed up and began by throwing all kinds of thoughts about what might be needed then look at a window and said these small cracks need to be caulked. I said I know the house is due for paint and we are in the process of prepping for selling next year. He then said we sell windows, and I explained I am doing some repairs not replacing. Then he pointed to some dirt on the window which always shows up and comes off with the next power washing. He finally left and said he would put an estimate together and then I never heard anything. I called and spoke to a rep and he said he would follow-up in their morning meeting and again, nothing. I am a Veteran and that caught my eye when searching for a contractor but that is meaningless if they don't follow through. I can't speak to their work, but the estimate process speaks volumes. I found another roofer in Cary and they looked at it, estimated by that night and I committed. That is the way the process should work. No upselling etc...

  I have a leak in my garage. They came out and put on a new roof. Still have the leak and after $17k they say it's the windows that are the problem. No resolution and they now say they "can't be perfect" and "we don't do windows". Be careful, in my experience they wanted the money and didn't seem to care about solving the root of the problem. But hey, they claim success because I got a new roof, that obviously didn't even leak before.

  We’re very sorry that you feel this way, Mr. Weatherman. Our goal is to exceed expectations with all our customers. You are no exception. When we inspected your roof, we found significant storm damage which also presented plausible indications for your roof leaking. As with all our customers, we called in an insurance claim on your roof, and when we met with the insurance adjuster they agreed there was significant storm damage to your roof that needed to be replaced. The inspections performed at that time were roofing-related so neither entity found that it was coming from a window. The insurance company awarded you with $16,122.434, which not only covered your roof in its entirety, but A&M Premier was able to upgrade you from a 20-year shingle to a 50-year shingle with all top-of-the-line trimmings. That is a great outcome and one that we like to strive to achieve for all our customers. Afterward, unfortunately, your home continued to leak. When it was finally realized it was the window in the garage, we explained to you that we’re sorry, but we don’t install windows. Our owner personally called you to explain all of this. You were understandably upset about your leak but you left little room for discussion for the work that was covered by your insurance company which replaced other significant damages found. And even after the conversation ended in disagreement, soon after our owner did agree to pay for someone to fix the window. This was our best remedy to satisfy your concerns. The root cause of the leak ultimately had nothing to do with our work completed on your home. We hoped that offering to fix your window would resolve the issue and make you happy. As of yet, you haven't accepted. We're sorry your experience wasn't what you had hoped. A&M Premier did all we could to resolve this matter and we're confident you'll be loving your new roof for a long time to come.

  Michael and Ryan were angels they went above and beyond the service call helped me out so much and fix the problem the same day I am a veteran and I so appreciate this company keeping it in the family.
