Billy and the roofing team did a fantastic job getting my home ready to track down a roof leak that was causing water intrusion in the living room. They came in with shoe covers on, carefully protected the area, and set up a containment …

Highly recommend Williams Family Roof Repair. After watching the crew replace roofs on two homes in our neighborhood, we were impressed enough to ask for an estimate. We also got a few other quotes, but this team stood out for their roofing knowledge, clear communication, and fair pricing, so we chose them for our roof replacement. We are very happy with the results. They also installed a skylight during the project, and everything turned out great. The crew kept the job site very clean, protected the landscaping, and worked with real care and attention to detail. They finished the roof in one day, and when they left, the only thing you could notice was the beautiful new roof. Billy was very patient while my wife compared shingle colors and helped us choose an option that looked great and fit the style of our home. With the warm Duluth weather, it was nice to have a solid new roofing system installed by a skilled crew that clearly knows their trade. The service, workmanship, and materials were top notch. If you need a new roof, I strongly recommend this team.

billy and his crew replaced my roof after storm damage and helped coordinate with the solar company so the panels could be removed and put back without any hassle. The whole roofing process went smoothly from start to finish and everything stayed well organized. miguel was very professional, took time to answer all my questions, and explained the roof repair and replacement steps in simple terms. When the work was finished, you could hardly tell they had been there except for the great new roof. They did a careful cleanup, removed debris and nails from the yard, and made sure the property looked neat. In duluth, with the heat and strong summer storms, it was great to have a roofing team that understood what my home needed. i was very pleased with how easy everything was, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs, storm damage work, or a full roof replacement.

we are very pleased with our new roof and the whole roofing process. miguel was the project manager and very easy to work with from start to finish. he took extra time to make sure the drip edge, flashing metal, and other roof details matched the gutters that were being installed after the reroof was done. the crew finished the roof replacement ahead of schedule and stayed within budget, which made everything much less stressful. the job site was kept clean, the materials were handled well, and the final inspection was scheduled promptly. in duluth, it is important to have a roof system that looks good, holds up well in the heat, and is installed with care. we appreciated the clear communication, solid workmanship, and attention to detail throughout the project. if you need a roof replacement or roofing quote, this is a great team to call.

I can confidently recommend Williams Family Roof Repair for any roofing job. After a severe storm in Duluth and a difficult insurance claim, this crew helped protect our home and got the roof issues under control. From the first call to the final walkthrough, the whole process felt professional, organized, and dependable. Miguel was especially impressive throughout the project. He explained shingle and material options in simple terms, checked the roof work on site, and even handled flashing details himself when needed. Billy and the team stayed in close contact, answered every question quickly, and made sure we understood each step of the roof repair and replacement process. What stood out most was the steady communication, strong job site supervision, careful cleanup, and smart solutions for unexpected roofing problems. They followed up after the work was done to make sure everything looked right and that no concerns were left open. In the Georgia heat and storm season, it meant a lot to have a roofing crew that understood what a home in this area needs. At this point, I would not want anyone else working on our roof.

After a storm damaged the roof on my business in Duluth, I hired a roofing contractor to handle a full roof replacement. The previous roof had been installed badly, so repairs were not the best long term fix. Miguel worked hard with the insurance company and helped show why the commercial roof needed full replacement instead of a simple patch job. An outside engineer also confirmed the roofing system needed to be replaced to prevent future leaks and water damage. They ordered a Duro-Last roofing membrane to match the building, tore off the old roof, and completed the new roof installation in just 2 days. The crew was professional, organized, and kept the jobsite neat and clean the whole time. The new flat roof looks great, and I am very pleased with the workmanship, communication, and overall roofing service. I highly recommend them for commercial roofing work.

miguel came by to check out the roof on my dad's place in duluth. it was an old shingle roof and really showed its age. since my dad was on a tight budget, he wanted to wait before replacing it. miguel took a close look and said it could probably last another year or so, which really showed he cared and wasn’t just trying to sell us something right away. when my dad was finally ready for a new roof, billy met with him and helped make a good plan. billy was really patient and helped my dad pick out the right materials. he even kept me updated and answered questions on a sunday, which i really appreciated. the crew put on the new roof and gutters, and everything turned out great. i’m really happy with how much care and attention they gave us. top-notch roofing company!

If I could give even more stars, I absolutely would! This roofing company in Duluth truly delivers top-notch customer service and outstanding workmanship. After having a terrible experience with another roofer who cut corners and left my roof with leaks and visible issues, I was relieved to find a team that actually cared about doing the job right. The previous company ignored important repairs and left behind rotted wood, but these roofers came in, listened to my concerns, and made sure everything was fixed properly. Miguel and Billy led the crew with professionalism and made sure all my questions were answered. They used high-quality roofing materials that really stood out, and their pricing was very fair for the level of work and materials used. I was also impressed by how quickly they were able to schedule my job, preventing any more damage to my home and helping my general contractor stay on track with the rest of my renovation. Since the new roof was installed, several neighbors have commented on how great it looks—it's definitely the nicest roof in the neighborhood! The team also coordinated smoothly with my other contractors to make sure everything went off without a hitch. These roofers are true experts, pay attention to detail, and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. They even work with home insurance companies for storm, wind, or hail damage claims, which is a huge help in Georgia's unpredictable weather. I am extremely happy with the results and highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof repairs or replacement in Duluth. This has easily been the best experience I've had with any home contractor.
