I called Super Roofing Pros after my neighbor across the street raved about the work they did on their roof, and I can see why. Elmi came out, inspected my roof, and found some minor hail and wind damage. What impressed me most was that he didn’t try to exaggerate the issue or push me—or my insurance company—into unnecessary repairs. As a gesture of goodwill, he even fixed a few shingles and tarped some problem areas at no charge. That kind of honesty, consideration, and customer service is incredibly rare. I would absolutely recommend Elmi and Super Roofing Pros, and I plan to use them for any roofing needs I have going forward.

The best roofer of all time, my insurance claim took me months, but unlike other roofer, they did not leave when the insurance company became difficult to work with, instead they stay till the end, doing every thing possible to get my roof replace, especially Elmi. After many fail attempts with other roofing companies. I finally got a new roof, thank you super roofing pro. Now I don’t need to worried about my roof anymore. Also , they are very professional and will always answer your call with any questions or concern. They are true to their word, if they said they will do, they will do it, no matter what. 100% Satisfied. Will recommend them to anyone.

Elmi and his team were TOTALLY amazing and beyond professional in completing the roof and gutter work on my family’s aging childhood home. He communicated every detail and held our hand step by step as challenges were discovered. The empathy and care he took during this process was unmatched. I HIGHLY recommend Super Pro Roofing.
